Best thing about the hotel was the fact that it was linked to the Mall. The hotel itself was tired and very basic. Rooms were a decent size, but bathrooms were not nice and bed comfort was awful. They also gave us a room facing the construction of a tower block. Breakfast setting was great, but breakfast itself was very limited in choice and quality.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay and the room was comfortable and clean. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. For a family of four, the room was very spacious.

Stayed in Superior Room which was in Tower B. We have to cross over from Tower A where the hotel reception is on Level 14. The superior room is like an apartment with 1 room. Ours was with the pool view but I forgot to take the pic of the pool which is opened from 7 AM to 8 PM. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and it is separated from the toilet which is also accessible from the room foyer. It has a small round dining table, & a 3-seater sofa with a coffee table. Checked in was smooth. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good despite serving vegetarian dishes. During our stay, children got a 20% discount for breakfast priced at RM38/pax. Do scan the hotel QR code on the room key card to check for available discount promotions you can get at BTS outlets. Parking is chargeable at RM16/entry. Need to validate at the reception before you leave. We stayed for 3D2N & used the public transport which is easily available. eHailing or just used Monorail Imbi Station which is connected to BTS. Will come back in the future as we like the space. The only inconvenience for the hotel to take note is please do more frequent pest control as we were visited by the small cockroaches, one-two-three times too many

Been to BTS many years ago and it's losing its charmed. Very good located you can go anywhere around KL easily. Even bus to Singapore stop in front of the hotel. Surrounding by Malls & Street Food. But at least they should maintain the rooms since they are aging but they are not doing the properly. It's still one of the biggest room other than hotel but you can see the dirt & paint everywhere. The carpet smells mildew & feel not comfortable inside. Water pressure on & off. The noise from the AC also another problem. The breakfast are not so International - most of the selection/the choice are Indian's food which not suitable for us

Our room aircond was not function well. Kind of hot during night. We try to reach for any solution, but the reception asked us to change room in the middle of the night (we were with 2 kids) was not a good solution. (Room 3313) We asked for maintenance, they do came but still there was no change at all. Others facilities were superb. It just that we were not lucky to have that room.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the room is quite spacious with carpet, separate bathroom between bathtub and shower and toilet, there is a mini kitchen with kitchen sink, kettle and refrigerator that is quite cold. Complimentary besides toiletries is quite a lot, 6 bottles of mineral water plus 2 canned drinks and 2 snack packages. Access to Bukit Bintang and the surrounding area is quite easy, the mall is also very complete with competitive prices. Thank you.

The location are good and very convenient. Near to monorail station, walking distance to Lalaport. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There is some issue before check out. My door access was unable to function/open the door 45 mins prior the actual check out time. The issue fixed after I approached to lobby for 2 times only. Otherwise, overall experience are good.
