Very enjoyable, I have been a subscriber for the past 15 years every time I go to Surabaya.

Comfortable, quiet, satisfying, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, we found a small cockroach in the room. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Attend the ISOPLUS RUN event every year and stay here twice, always like the service. The room is very spacious.. in front of the mall too.. close to everywhere you want. Recommended for staying with friends/family.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we entered. The atmosphere is very comfortable, close to the city hall, plaza, train station, and submarine monument. The kids loved it. The interior is also nice, spacious, and the service is great. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and is always delicious. It's a perfect overnight choice in Surabaya, close to the train station and city hall.

Always satisfied and worth it staying here, never bored. One of my favorite hotels if I want a relaxing staycation in the city and not far from home hehehe 😁. I like the room with a classic vintage (historical) feel, the AC is really cold, the Wi-Fi is smooth, the room smells good, there is a bathtub and hot water is smooth for soaking.
