Everything was perfect here. Yes it's an old hotel but well maintained. Dedicated and professional staff, I bet they've been working for such a long time here. Love the vibes and serenity of this hotel. Worth money spent

A hotel with many memories 🥹🥹. I've stayed here 3 times every time I've been to Lombok.

This was my first time staying at this hotel...and I immediately fell in love with it. The serene, calming, and relaxing atmosphere, combined with the beautiful surroundings and the beach, truly created a perfect healing space. I found almost no flaws. The only downside was that I didn't stay long enough.

If you're looking for a serene, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere, Jayakarta Lombok Beach is the perfect choice. The hotel's traditional charm, combined with its refreshingly beautiful surroundings, maintains cleanliness and friendly service. It truly is a place of healing and relaxation, meeting my expectations. The beach is also beautiful. The only downside is that I didn't stay long enough. :)

From the moment of check in, I felt the friendliness of all the staff at this hotel, detailed explanations from the staff, sufficient vehicle parking area, comfortable hotel atmosphere, one of the senior hotels in the Senggigi area that is very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, good room service, varied and delicious breakfast, good facilities, there is an electric bike rental and the price is cheap per hour, a little note that the bathroom light above the sink could be made brighter, overall this is a comfortable hotel, recommended for a personal staycation, family or with friends. The hotel staff is very helpful, the food is delicious, the swimming pool is fun for children to adults to play. Only the security is not very friendly. Hopefully it will be more successful.

Shouted at by hotel staff when confused asking for room number. It happened at 11 pm, hotel staff may be tired, but it is still no excuse.

the rice is hard, the food is not very varied

Stayed for 3d2n here. Comfortable room, decent food and service, good value for money for sure. Loving the beach access and spent most of our time swimming, relaxing at the rest restaurant, and enjoying the peaceful vibe. Got an upagrade and the bedroom&bathroom are spacious!
