This hotel has been around for decades, but it still maintains its quality. I enjoyed my stay at Jayakarta. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are complete, and the food is varied and delicious.

The hotel staff is friendly, from the security guards to the customer service and bellboys. The hotel is clean.

The location is strategic and the beach is beautiful

Very comfortable, direct view of the sea, makes me want to come back to Lombok again.

The old hotel was quite well maintained, but perhaps we stayed during the low season so the hotel room was not ready for use, the water was not running, after asking for the water to be turned on, it turned out the hot water was very dirty, so we only used cold water.

The food is very varied, the hotel is clean and nice. Recommended place! Early check-in is possible.

A pleasant experience staying at The Jayakarta Hotel Lombok. Our family and I spent Eid here. The rooms and food were delicious. A few suggestions: perhaps an elevator should be installed or a ramp should be built down from the lobby to the rooms to facilitate the mobility of suitcases and other items (not carried down the stairs), and also to make it easier for guests over 50 whose knees are already fragile to climb up and down stairs. We will return to this hotel again in the future. Thank you.

Affordable rate with great surrounding views

The hotel is very nice and comfortable.

The service and facilities are good, only GrabFood and GoFood can't reach the lobby, so you have to walk to the front to get food.

Highly recommended for family staycations or company gatherings/outings, with a spacious outdoor area and a strategic location.

A hotel with many memories 🥹🥹. I've stayed here 3 times every time I've been to Lombok.

This was my first time staying at this hotel...and I immediately fell in love with it. The serene, calming, and relaxing atmosphere, combined with the beautiful surroundings and the beach, truly created a perfect healing space. I found almost no flaws. The only downside was that I didn't stay long enough.
