One of the best hotels I have ever been!

Due to an unavoidable issue we were moved to the sister hotel, The Royal Hideaway. This is a brand new hotel just opened in the last month so some facilities are not yet available. The rooms in the Royal Hideaway are very luxurious. As a compensation for the unexpected move the staff offered us a free dinner and complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank the management teams at both hotels for looking after us. A special thank you goes to Fatima Oufrid and Imane Khaliss.

The staff was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. In addition, the breakfast was well prepared, however the room itself had some unattended deferred maintenance issues. The black out drapes did not close all the way, the balcony door did not lock and wallpaper was coming off in the WC. This may have been specific to our room, but I found it inconsistent to the rest of the hotel.

Nice room overlooking the pool. It was very nice. Maybe a little too clean. There was a strong bleach smell. Idk if it was from the pool or the sheets, but the staff was very helpful. Great location within walking distance to local shops and eateries. Very nice hotel. I will definitely be back.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, spoke English well. Room was beautifully appointed and bed very comfortable. Recommend!

Hotel is conveniently located. Close to the old souq if you feel like going into the Bazaar. Rooms are clean and good. Good option for practicality.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was stylish and well maintained. The shower and sink were open to the bedroom, which we had no issues.

Great hotel. Rooms large and well designed. The showers are not as private as some may like. But the toilet has its own wash closet. Staff are extremely helpful and they are very knowledgeable. Taxis usually in front of the hotel and rides to most sights are close

Terrible experience! The room was in poor condition, broken fixtures, unclean bathroom, and generally shabby throughout. Furniture was scratched and worn, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained. One hand towel and one shower towel for two people, etc, etc. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars.

Hôtel situé au centre de différents points d’intérêt. L’hôtel est propre et la terrasse près de la piscine est agréable après une journée à explorer la ville. L’apparence de la chambre est idéale pour les couples : douches et lavabo donnant sur la chambre. En bref, parfait pour un court séjour.

I sent them messages to ask questions about cab rides and breakfast and they never responded. They overbooked the hotel and did not inform us that they moved us to a cheaper hotel until we arrived to check in at 11:30 PM after a long day of travel. They said they would provide us with a free "shuttle" to the next place, which was an on cab that smelled like cigarettes. The front desk clerk punted all of my questions to the next hotel and would not respond to me questions.

Very pleasant stay at Barcelo Anfa Casa. Thank you to the reception colleagues who were most helpful and welcoming . Lovely view toward the sea with the Hassan II Mosque at the centre. Pool to relax and a good gym to work out. All good !!
