It’s affordable & clean with a free breakfast and easy access to the city

Good service and location.

All was great, except for 2 things. The pillows are not pillows, I don’t know how to describe it. Second, the room is not soundproof at all. We heard everything from next room, upstairs and even downstairs. Couldn’t sleep well. Except for these, all were great.

Everything was great, breakfast is amazing, but that would be better if the equipment provided by the hotel was more that it was.

Great location, staff permanently present at reception, day and night, large variety of food in the mornings, continuously topped up. Rooms could use of more electrical sockets nearer to bed or table. Overall, a great experience

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast alone makes it worthwhile. There were some minor leakage issues with the shower, and the neighbors could be noisy but overall I will prioritize coming here in the future.

Short 4 minute walk to metro. Trams come continuously. Tram 22 and 23 takes you to city centre...easy ride. Close to the National Museum lots of restaurants and shops around. Hotel room (superior) was spacious. Shower jets and a soak in the jacuzzi were great after walking all day. Great breakfast buffet with attentive staff. Totally recommend. Would stay there again. Only issue was that the curtain didn't cover all the window so had to clip two together for complete privacy.

Very good

Rooms would need some refurbishment, as you can see they are dated. Furniture is basic on the cheap side, but functional. Pillows are extremely thin, almost missing in some places, it’s like you are sleeping with just a sheet under your head. I would recommend replacing them. Breakfast room also needs some improvement, as it seems from a different age. For a short trip (1-2 days), it’s a decent place.

Room temperature was set on 27 degrees and i was unable to change it - the reception agent came to try and help but also couldn’t fix it - in the end - it was a very uncomfortable situation

Great overall property. A/C did not work for a longer part of our stay with Windows not able to open it was not great. Then the A/C started to work and the difference was significant. Breakfast was good, but limited compared to other properties we have been to. Overall, great staff and very accommodating and would recommend to others now that the A/C problem appears to be resolved

Booked this hotel for 6 nights. When I arrived, the air conditioning for the entire building was not working. My room at that time was 25ºC. The hotel rooms do not have windows that can be opened. I was advised that it would be fixed the next day and was given a small fan. Once we were in the room, the temperature increased to 26.5ºC and with the humidity, it was over 30ºC. I stayed for a total of 4 nights and everyday I was told that the A/C would be fixed today. On my 5th day of not sleeping and unbearable conditions, I advised that I had to go somewhere else. Neither expedia nor the hotel would refund my final two nights, due to the room being unrefundable. I think that is outrageous, as I would have stayed if the room was habitable and had no desire to move to a different hotel but needed to get some sleep. Absolutely disgusted with expedia and the hotel for a lack of customer service.
