Estacionamiento muy cómodo.

La habitación estaba terrible, para nada lo que anuncian en Expedia o en la página del hotel. El cuarto estaba sucio, no tenía ventanas, no llegaba el wifi y el personal no ofreció alguna solución válida. Fue una muy mala experiencia y para nada valió lo que pagué.

It was a beautiful place

El hotel es hermoso pero la habitacion no estaba limpia. En el piso habia mamchas, como si no hubiesen trapesdo bien y en las esquinas de la habitación habia mucho polvo.

Nice and beautiful but, no coffee machine in lobby or room and power went off for about 9 hours with no a/c or tv, light it was dark, could not see if I had to go use the bathroom.

Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

My fammily and I enjoyed our one night stay there. My mother was fascinated with the place. It’s just so peaceful and beautiful. The service was absolutely incredible from the start until we left.

We have been 4 people in two rooms. Great place, first you feel like paradise. Some rooms smell moldy, we had to change it, broken things here and there. One aircondition made loud sounds, so that you cannot sleep well. Also may rooms are close to the beautiful peacocks, but they make a lot of noise all night long. The restaurant offers a menu via QR Code. When you go there it is more expensive and the menue is smaller. The waiters are very slow and cannot remember what you ordered. The starters have been served with the main dishes. A bottle of white wine came kind of warm without a bucket of ice. The Hotel should habe a bar, it was closed. Breakfast: Toast came cold. They had no black tee. Waiter slow again even if the restaurant was more or less empty. And the little Pools with the fountains are not maintained and very green and disgusting. Its very sad because even an old building this could be a little paradise if.......

Restrooms,water flow needs maintenance

They told us our reservation was cancelled and made us purchase a suite for the night for double the price.

When my husband and I got to this hotel our expedia reservation was not showing on their system. Nevertheless, the personnel was very efficient and solve it giving us the presidential suite, the only room available. The room was nice and we had a very good night sleep.

Todo muy bien y muy bonito hotel

La habitación de buen tamaño, con aire acondicionado incluido, cuenta con tina el baño, al personal le falta ser más atento, la cama muy agradable, le falta mantenimiento al hotel, no servía el internet y no se podía ver la TV, la alberca con el agua verde.

Es una lastima que este tan bonita la propiedad, pero este muy descuidadas las habitaciones, le falta cambio de colchones y mi cuarto en particular olía mucho a humedad. con respecto a la ubicación es perfecta a unos 400 metros de centro

Habitaciones con hongos por la humedad en cortinas, paredes con pintura en mal estado por lo mismo. El jardín central es muy bonito y el diseño del hotel muy interesante, pero las habitaciones en mal estado por una evidente falta de mantenimiento. Yo no vuelvo
