Hated it! Worst place ever; left first thing next morning. Wouldnt have even checked in, but flight arrived very late and no other option.

They were doing renovation on the Restaurant. The noise went on till 11pm every night. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, it was not their fault.

The pictures on the website are either photo shopped or so old that we couldn't even recognize it when we pulled up. The room smelled of urine, was very out dated, half the curtains were missing and the beds were as hard as a sidewalk block. The door to the room could have been broken into at anytime and most of the hotel was closed for renovations. Their great pool was full of bird feces, feathers, bugs, garbage and was a funny yellow color and not even operating when we arrived. They did turn things on the next day but the pool water was in the same condition. We were banded with a bracelet when we arrived and still don't know what that gave us. The ad said breakfast was included and that wasn't correct either. Very noisy and we felt very unsafe. The only good points were the gentleman who brought our luggage to the room and the waiter/cook from the restaurant.

Mattress was hard, linens stained, towels rough and dingy. Room outdated worn out, kids pool water murky, dead roaches floating in it, bird poop and feathers.

Excellent. Muy recomendable. Volveria a hospedarme ahi!!

Buena comida , pésimos los servicios

Mala experiencia ya que no funcionaba el clima, no tenia toallas y tenia que ir a solicitarla que no dieras algunas toallas, el elevador no funcionaba, no había agua caliente y tenia que ir avisar para que ellos hicieran unos ajustes y así pudiera salir el agua caliente, estaba tapado para que saliera el agua de la regadera

Mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, mucha humedad y olor a tierra, agregar cable a la TV

Me cancelaron mi reservacion😪

La amabilidad del personal

El hotel se miraba bien ,las camas estaban duras como piedras. Si vas a recervar una habitacion 2ble que se supone que son para 4 personas asegurate de registrar a las cuatro personas si no te quieren cobrar $200 mas si no los registras y solo pides la abitacion incluyendo los niños de 11 años los toman como adultos pero para el desayuno no los quieres tomar como adultos y dicen que los niños no estan incluidos en el desayuno osea se contradisen segun su conveniencia. El desayuno estaba rico pero donde me trajeron las tortillas traiba una cuaracha dentro y al dia siguiente debajo de la mesa salto otra cu aracha asi nuestra mesa. Necesitan urgentemente fumigar. Pedi ala camarera 1 shampum mas de los k po en en el cuarto por que solo ponen 2 y se molesto dijo que ya abia puesto osea. O te dan extra y eso k estas pagando por 4 personas deberian entonses poner por las 4 si exigen pago.
