Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!

Hotel was beautiful, gardens, and pool very nice. Great breakfast. Our only complaint was the super-tiny shower with a hand-held head which could not be removed and needed to be replaced.

The hotel is a little gem, the only downside being it’s a 25 minute walk into Salo. The staff are amazing, from the cleaner, the kitchen staff and receptionists they are all friendly and go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. Special praise for the breakfast which has so much variety and is freshly made. You can also play the game of guess the croissant filling which is both fun and surprising (isn’t it Lucas) 😉 Make sure you ask for the promotional prices ie 20% off ferry prices and access to the beach club across the road which is definitely worth a visit

Hotel.com state free parking hotel charge 15€ a night, spaces are also tight. No key to safe in room and balcony French doors had no key to lock them so room was unsafe. Service at breakfast was terrible. WIFI was terrible so problems running anything.

The location is generally ok for the local towns and lake side ammenities - although right along side the business lakeside road. Breakfast service was shocking for a four star / relatively pricey hotel with what appeared to be an inexperienced front line staff and continual running out of things The hot water had run out by 08.00 in the morning one day. There were two reception staff up to sratch others really did not have a clue what four star service includes. Parking OK Pool OK Cleaning Staff - good job.

We stayed only for one night, but it was very good. The is a bit small, but we had a lovely view. The staff was extremely welcoming, and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. Good breakfast

L'hotel è consigliato da me che sono un pignolo vi consiglio solo di prenotare il parcheggio che però è a pagamento nel garage altrimenti parcheggiate dove mi ha consigliato l'albergatore a pochi metri dall'hotel

Hôtel bien situé, gardone Riviera accessible à pied. Personnel très agréable. La piscine et l’aménagement l’extérieur très bien. Chambre correct mais un peu dans son jus, salle de bain méritant un rafraîchissement notamment concernant la douche très petite et robinetterie de douche à changer impérativement (pommeau de douche très violent). Pas de restauration le soir et obligation de réserver pour le déjeuner. En conclusion, pas au standard d’un hôtel 4 étoiles dommage car l’hôtel a une architecture plutôt sympa.

Die Straße ist leider sehr laut. Das wussten wir davor zwar, aber das es so laut ist war uns dann doch nicht klar. Die Zimmer sind ik Ordnung. Neue Fenster würden hier sicherlich helfen. Die Putzkräfte könnten noch etwas gründlicher sauber machen. Der Pool ist schön. Nur ich verstehe nicht ganz wieso die weichen Liegeauflagen neben dem Pool liegen und nicht bei den Poolliegen direkt. Das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Man bräuchte aber nicht so viele Kuchen. Parken war schwierig, da die Garage schon voll war.

Das Bad bzw. Dusche ist zu klein. Einige Gartenmöbel am Pool sind bereits angeschlagen. Nette, aber keine ausgebildete Personal. Laute Strasse!

A very nice hotel but right next to a big road.

Ideal z.B. für Ausflüge auf die Isola del Garda. Der Hafen Barbarano liegt direkt unterhalb des Hotel in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss.

Leider hat das Hotel garnicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Extrem laut neben der Straße, Zimmer mit lauter Lüftung und Klima. Teilweise hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert und sich immer wieder ein und ausgeschaltet. Wir waren etwas später frühstücken, da war fast nichts mehr da. Nachgefüllt wurde nicht wirklich. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir sind tatsächlich nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, obwohl wir 2 bleiben wollten. Preis passt nicht zur Leistung.
