The hotel was clean but had a strange smell. It would have been helpful to have some information in the room available in English. The receptionist didn’t speak any English, which made it difficult to find out how to charge our car. The buffet breakfast was nice.

Close to university. Quiet safe and well appointed rooms. Amazing shower!!!?

NIce and easy, good location close to town center

The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s near the bus station which adds a level of sketchy but we felt very safe together. We ate in walking distance and it was lovely. Mall and supermarkets are also walking distance Breakfast was lovely The bathroom shower had no curtain and it made it difficult to take a shower without wetting the entire bathroom To get to our room, 2 floors up, it was by stairs. There are elevators but you can’t enter near a door near an elevator. Entire wing of hotel has no outside key access Overall it’s lovely but exhausting. And rooms are so very small. We tried to sit outside, but our access back inside was a matrix of stairs again

Central Location and in walking distance of major shops/restaurant. Breakfast options are good and the rooms are spacious. Would recommend for anyone staying in Kassel.

The wifi doesn't work for a few hours when I arrived, and after that, the wifi quality is not good as well, therebwas frequently offline and packets loss, low speed, the others were fine

Big room with a view, above average breakfast for a European hotel (passed the scrambled eggs test), top-notch shower both in terms of temperature, pressure, and level of leakage.

Good location, friendly staff. The hotel is a mix of old and new. Our room was in the new part, everything freshly done. Comfortable space with all amenities.

The family room was great with two seperate rooms. Could not have asked for more provided the affordable price. I would certainly recommend this to any family for an easy stay over. Breakfast was OK. Only complaint is that the area (on Weekends and Holidays I presume) is quite noisy. Trains/buses are close, and many loud people are moving in the area.

The building was very old with a very small elevator and although the room was nice and big but they had no telephone in the room, no amenities, no coffee machine.....

Mooie kamer, schoon, ruim, rustig gelegen, in nette staat. Het hotel was wat lastig te vinden en ook de ingang, maar eenmaal gevonden, bleek er een afgesloten parkeerplaats en garage aanwezig. Restaurants genoeg op loopafstand

Es war ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer und das Personal ist sehr nett. Optimale Lage für Stadtbummel oder Weihnachtsmarktbesuch.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Deutscher Hof, besonders der Neubau mit den top-aktuellen Zimmern hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war nahrhaft und hat uns überzeugt – und insgesamt: wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Zimmer sehr sauber, schönes großes Bad mit Badewanne. Wirklich toll.
