The picture was opposite shown in the website. Have to wait at counter when we arrived. All the appliances were not up to the mark.

Lovely central location to all the main sights. Large comfortable bed in a clean room. Decent breakfast to start the day with freshly cooked eggs etc. The whole place was a bit tired and needed a female touch. All in all a decent place

The very friendly staff made our stay at the Roland Hotel very enjoyable. It's a 10 minute taxi journey to the main shopping and tourist sites. Ideal for anyone visiting Future Hope school, that is less than 5 minutes walk away.

I stayed in this hotel for 11 days . Though it was a bit disappointing during my check in , my overall experience was good . At the time of my check in they told me I had no prior booking , when I already had booking confirmation from Expedia and hotel manager Meghna Chowdhury. Eventually I was given a room after they called Meghna madam . It was nice of them though to give me a bigger and better room the next day . The place was safe , quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their food was very good too . They even allowed to check out 3hrs later than their usual time without any extra charge. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward for my next stay here.
