Just a special day. Friendly staff, nice food and fur

The spa was excellent, only not everything was working properly. The steam sauna switched off and got cold after a short time requiring attendance of hotel staff

I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. The sauna, I never saw, but I believe it is there. Never saw the pool either. Couldn't find either and didn't get much help in that regard. It seemed very artsy in a good way, just the service and policies left me bitter. If you do book here, there is free parking in front of the b and b hotel next street over...on the street.

Not great service and the property was not very welcoming to us. I would not go back.

Hotel itself could use major renovation. Shower leaked all over the floor and toilet seat was very loose. There was mold on walls. I would NOT recommend this stay. Nothing like the pictures! Hotel restaurant under major renovation ( would prefered to know before booking!). Stay away!! Hotel Does Not Look Like It's Photos!!

The initial view of the hotel was an overgrown courtyard. Apparently It was policy to allow the wild flowers to grow. This was also apparent in the city area. Inside the hotel there were fantastic features with antiques in every corner. The breakfast was good (exept 2 minute boiled eggs). Good transport with tram within stop 50m. The beer garden meals (although limited options) were delicious and the staff friendly and welcoming. The pool was quite large and we used the it daily.

Nice hotel. Room smelled a little like stale cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, the main entrance to reception was around the back of a building. The hotel is lovely with the decor they have, staff was nice. There isn't much around the hotel except a few stores, but the rail station is not far down the street and takes you directly into city center within about 10/15 minutes. If i was reading it correctly, it looked like you'd have to pay extra to use the pool area and the 2 areas I saw to book a massage or use the pool, were closed.

Hotel is fine for one night - decent room but probably a bit pricey, good service, but architecture is very bizarre.

The hotel was pleasant but the area a little run down.

My 20 days Stay was amazing but time for housekeeping was too early sometimes before 9am but recommend it to be shifted to 12pm...

Hotel on outskirts of town, a long way from the centre, close to Autobahn. I stayed here because I was attending a seminar at the hotel. The worst thing was the mattress, so very very hard that I could not sleep. I asked for it to be changed but was met with a firm NO! We do not change mattresses and there is nothing we can do. I think that is a bad policy, there should be some understanding of peoples’ different needs. I would not go back for that reason.

Singel reise, måtte ha 3 netter i Augsburg, sikkert noe som kunne vært bedre, men helt topp utifra mine behov. Var avhengig av kollektiv trafikk ..så å si rett ut døra, enkelt å komme seg fram og tilbake ifra sentrum

Wer kein Komfortzimmer bucht, darf den Pool nicht nutzen. Bei der Buchung stand da Hotel mit Pool. Frühstück kostet 20 Euro. Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße. Um acht Uhr wird man vom Reinigungspersonal geweckt. Merkwürdige Dekoration. Nichts passt zusammen. Gartenzwerge und Putten. Als Toilettenartikel gab es nur Seife. Statt wasser im Zimmer gab es leere Glasflaschen und den Hinweis, diese am Wasserhahn aufzufüllen. Vier Sterne finde ich stark übertrieben.

Blenderhotel an Augsburger Einfall-/Hauptverkehrsstraße, Alpenhöhe sind nur die Preise. Simple vereinigte Hüttenwerke aus Plattenbauten mit lautem Zimmer. Wer auf 70er-/80er-Design mit simpel-billigem Update plus massenhaft sinnlosem Tand & Trödel seht, wird sich sehr wohlfühlen. Pseudofreundlicher Check-In mit Vorkasse & Service analog 80er inklusive. Frühstück gut, aber teuer, an 80er Kantinengroßtischen. Einmal und nie wieder.
