There was a misunderstanding during check-in regarding single and double beds. On the first day, I stayed in a single room. On the second day, the hotel changed my room. Then, there was a problem with the air conditioning, so they changed it again. There was a problem with the bathroom, so they changed it again. They changed rooms until I was satisfied. The room condition matched the description. The counter staff were very nice. Excellent service!

The room is nice, but the pillows need improvement; they're too soft and flat. The TV doesn't have channels 33, 32, or 27. Otherwise, everything is okay.

I was very satisfied staying at this hotel. Besides the affordable price, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was very close to public transportation. The nearest train station is the Saphan Kwai Skywalk Green Line, and the nearest bus stops are Mido Hotel and Karnmanee Palace Hotel. Just a short walk out of the hotel and you'll find a Seven Eleven. Furthermore, just a short walk from Seven Eleven, there are many restaurants open until late at night. This place is very quiet and peaceful, in the middle of the city and easily accessible to markets and tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel when you're visiting Thailand! I'll be back.

The accommodation is located in a rather secluded alley, but it's not dangerous at all. There's limited parking in front of the building, and there's an elevator. The rooms aren't new, but the interiors are clean, well-made, and durable. The air conditioning is comfortably cool. Furniture has a rule against moving it. The mini-bar has drinks that require an additional charge if you use them, but two bottles of water are provided free of charge. The bathroom has shampoo and body wash, a TV, a kettle, a wardrobe, towels, and hair towels. Hot and warm water is available, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. Check-in requires a 300 baht deposit for the key card, and check-out is before noon. What I liked most was the firm mattress and the excellent air conditioning. There are few minor things that could be improved, such as the towels and sheets being a bit old, but these aren't as important as the overall cleanliness. The best part is the staff; they were very friendly and able to give us our room as soon as it was ready without extra charge. A male staff member helped with our luggage from the car and opened the door – excellent service! The accommodation seems to be managed by someone who is likely the owner, so it's always very clean.

The stay was warm and comfortable as always. Every time I stay here, I have never been disappointed.

The place little bit far from the city. And we have to walk far to the train station, but the bus is everywhere. The room really clean! Everything really amazing and also the receptionist!

The hotel is in the heart of Pratunam but is very strict about the number of guests in the room and the additional costs are quite expensive for 1 night 800 baht

The location is very good, close to many places to eat and 7/11. Receptionist friendly and very helpful. The Grand Deluxe room is clean and very spacious, all equipment runs normally. All staff are very helpful and friendly. It's very fun to stay at Siam Palace, if next time to Bangkok and have business in the Phaya Thai area, I will definitely consider staying at Siam Palace again. Thank you

A very great hotel for an affordable price. Great location, 7/11 nearby, you can walk to the nearest BTS station, lots of cute coffee shops around, lots of street food around at night. The service is top notch, polite & friendly staff, they will help you with anything, flexible check in/out time as long as you inform them. Overall, a very recommended place to stay in Bangkok. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip.

For what I paid, this was a good stay. I arrived before noon and had planned to leave my luggage and run to the city for lunch, but they unprompted gave me an early check-in because the room was ready. Super grateful for that as I had an opportunity to refresh. Nothing special with the room really, but also nothing you shouldn’t expect from a room that costs $18 a night. And as long as you’re not allergic to some walking, it’s got an okay location. Walk 12 minutes to Saphan Kwai BTS station and you’ll get connected to Bangkok’s metro systems already. If you decide to Grab, getting to spots like, um, Siam Paragon or EmQuartier would take 15-20 minutes only.
