Wonderful, informative welcome and a very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast choices too

Lovely place to stay, good breakfast available, everywhere was within walking distance, unless you wanted to go to Calmbach or Pforzheim obviously, opera house venues just 3 minutes walk away but most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Big plus! A delightful stay!

Many thanks to the Hotel staff and management for our unforgettable over-the-New-Year stay with them. Very cozy and well-maitained property, gentle and heartfully helpful personnel, comfortable, well-ventillated rooms and healthy beds, what else... Oh, food is also remarkable, breakfast so diversified and rich that would suit any taste, and the Sylvestre dinner was a high kitchen masterpiece despite basing on the German motifs, in fact not only kitchen, but the overall festive atmosphere organized by the staff made the New Year beginning really unforgettable. The Hotel is really well situated in a couple of minutes walk form the town center , baths and tram terminus (absolutely quiet and rather inetersting than annoying). Many thanks! The only cloud maybe is that regular dinner is to be ordered at least 2 days in advance, but as for us, no one would find a better dinner option in the town, so finally no problem.
