Paid 28,50 for this mixed grill. The food was bland. The meats had no flavour and everything tasted like it was heated up from cans. We (party of 10+ people) had to wait over 2 hours between starter and main course. In that time the service was bad. The guy forgot our orders a couple of times, and just chucked two cokes on the table and told us to figure out which was the Zero. No customer service or likeable attitude at all. Would really not recommend to eat here.

The warm water tape of Basin did not work in the room where I’ve stayed Hospitality: Unfriendly & unbelievable aggressive. Lack of information which you do not know about the hotel rules but if you broke it by mistake then they act like a cheater According to my point of view this is just waste on money nothing else. I don’t want to give even a single star to this hotel. Better to find some renowned hotel surroundings.

I did not stay here as a hotel guest. It may be a great hotel, I wouldn't know.. I visited to drink a cup of tea. Waited 20 minutes to the loud sounds of carnival music, whilst waittresses whisked by but did not take orders nor said hello. In the end I decided to leave.

Good beds, food and friendly helpfull staff. Came here for biking, excellent base for doing rides of mtb routes, bikepark. They even have a place to clean your bike afterwards.

I went there to Lunch! It was a delicious pasta Bolognese and Schnitzel with Mushroom Sauce. The front desk was very polite.
