It was inconvenient because parking was difficult and the internet was not secure.

Perfect place to stay with great value for money. Hotel is clean and the room is large enough. They also have a fitness club which operates individually. Guests need to pay 8USD for 1 day use but they have real fitness club facilities which I believe much better than free but too simple. The location of hotel offers multiple dinning options and massage places

This hotel has good location. Well designed small suites with kitchenette. Good value for the money. Pyeongchang area is really nice for outdoor activities and Geungnum beaches are not far away either.

Many small restaurants and cafe around that area, very easy to find restaurants and coffee shop , even it is in Chinese New Year !! E-mart convenience stores and Pizza restaurant are inside the hotel !! Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, has washing machine inside our room (our room has one double bed, one Single bed ) !!! Unfortunately, the air conditioning controller seems not work very well, no matter how I set , the temperature was still very very high ( it was in winter time, outside temperature was -1 °C ) , we felt sooooooo hot and not too comfortable. The next day morning we told the front desk that the temperature was too hot, and they helped us to set the room temperature to 22°C, but we feel nothing changed !! Luckily, we found that the window can be opened, so we kept it open wide, let the fresh air in, until the day we checked out. The front desk staff are not good in english, cannot express clear about the shuttle bus to Alpensia Ski 700, we couldn't found the shuttle bus stop, end up we took Taxi.

Room was clean and very convenient. Just I wish they put English translation of washing machine use. Also, they should replenish toilet roll every day, or leave a extra in the room.

Great view, we lived at the penthouse with two large bedroom, nice and clean and close to restaurants.

Fantastic location. Moments away from the shuttle bus that takes you to Yongyong resort. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bridge.

New, spacious and clean. I like the smalll kitchen and the washing machine. Many restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. Location is good too about 5 mins ride to Yongpeng.

It’s location is great, close to all the restaurants and a shuttle bus away from the ski resort.. The hotel is clean and room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. It needs some improvements: 1. The central heating system needs to change to individual room control system. We could not change to the room temperature to our liking. The room was hot all the time. We had to open the window even at night . 2. The hotel staff needs to be more informed about the area. They were not so helpful when asked about the shuttle bus schedule and location. We used a taxi to go to the ski resort 1st day, but it turned out the free shuttle bus was available only one block away from the hotel. Twice we asked the info , and both times we got very vague answers.

Great hotel for self catering style. Good set of restaurants and food places nearby. Taxis are very difficult to get hold off (hence the 3/5 for local area) but the hotel will call them for you (unless you get caught in a snow blizzard). English is not great for all the staff (just 1 point off service) and the local area was great for skiing but I was only there for a short while so may we be other things to do also.
