Nice and the view is really cool

The place is very far, to check in to the receptionist you have to go down very far, the room is spacious but unfortunately for the standard room type there is no AC or fan. The room door faces the back so it is a little worrying. For breakfast there is less variety, only (white rice + fried rice + fried noodles + omelet + cucumber / tomato + toast). Overall for the view is good but especially for those who book the deluxe room size and others, if for the standard room size the room provides and there is no trash can in the room & toilet.

A very comfortable place for parents who are refreshing and children.

The main meal is just rice, fried egg, and fried noodles, there are no other side dishes, there are some breads which are safe and good, but the side dishes are lacking,

Overall, we are so satisfied and comfortable staying at this hotel. For sure, we'll be back.

We had a wonderful room right on the shore of Lake Toba after upgrading from a standard room to a deluxe room. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, the room was clean, and the view from the lake was beautiful. Thank you Toledo Inn.

The hotel hallways are filled with beautiful flowers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fragrant. The pool is clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. 👍

The resort is old-fashioned. There is no innovation in improvements.

Nice and three star hotel, nice view of the lake.

The room is very spacious that you can conduct a round-table discussion in it. It has a balcony facing the lake but the balcony lamp is not functioning. The furnitures are vintage but lack of maintenance. Staffs did not make up the room in the second day. Toiletries are available sufficiently but the shower and basin need some improvements. The breakfast is decent although quite monotone. The parking lot are scattered around the property but still appropriate. The hotel has direct access to the lake and is located near tourist attraction. Room's rate is still reasonable even during a peak season.

The hotel is spacious and the atmosphere is cool, making it cool and the view is really cool, very clean, the price is very competitive and the building is typical of Batak, the hotel staff is friendly and very quick and helpful... if I go to Samosir I will come back here again

Hotel on the edge of Lake Toba, strategic location, can swim directly into the lake. Water entertainment such as banana boat and jet ski are also available. During the rainy season, the location is less suitable for children if the goal is to swim because the water is rising so there is no shallow area. Breakfast is decent, for a spacious room.

The room needs to be renovated, it looks very old and dated, the TV is old-fashioned, there are no electrical sockets.

Big rooms, nice view and hotel service is also friendly. Little breakfast choice. There is a parking lot where it is very muddy when it rains, so the car must be assisted to push it before it can get out.
