We stay here at least twice a year when we drive from Chiapas to Canada and back. Or any time we are passing through the area. The hotel is extremely clean the service is amazing. The staff is very good. There is secure parking. The fact that it is pet friendly is the main reason we stayed in the first place but we keep coming back for all the above reasons. It is a very safe area as well. The other thing I like is that the price for having a dog is very high as is typical in Mexico but they are also reasonable and give a reduced rate for my tiny 3 lb (1.4 kg) yorkie

We love to stay at this hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in centro within easy walking distance of the river, the pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, too.

Un Lugar para descansar y removar las energías. Habitaciónes muy limpias, espaciosas, con Smart Tv grande, la es deliciosa y los empleados muy amables y dispoa ayudaré.

Todo muy bien, limpio, ordenado y todo lo necesario para tu estancia, el dueño es muy amable y servicial, 100% recomendado, volveria de nuevo!

All the staff was very nice and when need of help they were always helpful. There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel.

Nice rooms, Location and parking onsite were great! The breakfast buffet -- if you wait until you arrive to pay for the buffet at check in the cost will be a little lower. the cost for meals otherwise seemed a bit steep, especially the roof top bar/ restaurant. So we did not do those. Staff were good. Plenty of dining options nearby. We were probably the only gringos in all of Orizaba! LOL But we loved the town & will return on our travels again :)

Beds are bad you sink in it, they need better mattresses and they don’t know what customer service is, the hotel manager for the entire week we had to stay there locks professionalism. Better not to pay in advance because they don’t honor cancelations request for several days, even if it was for sickness

Todo bien, aunque estaban remodelando algunas partes. Precio un poco alto con relacion a hoteles de la misma gama.

Very nice hotel with parking. Nice terrace pool. Restaurant at the terrace was closed for renovation.
