Lovely hotel , great parking,helpful and friendly staff,check in quick, nice size room very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast, a little walking distance to attractions and town, most enjoyable stay!

Excellent location for those travelling by train, Also on the A27 for access. Well looked after, was there when it was very warm so fan in the room was doing overtime.

Room was clean & breakfast is great, help yourself to cereal etc & order a cooked one. 10 minute walk if that into Arundel, handy Co-op & lovely places to eat. Hotel is literally as you come out of the station on the left. Great Chinese, pubs & Pizza Express in Arundel as well as the beautiful castle. Museum at the bottom & public toilets.

Staff were very friendly, the property looked very clean, there was plenty of parking, and breakfast tasted good. Would recommend and likely to return again.

Very friendly staff. No Restaurant for an evening meal but a town full of places to eat 5 minutes away. The breakfast was really nice.

Superb location next to railway station and on main road to coast, (quiet garden and rooms), only 10 minutes walk from Arundel town itself, good breakfast in room price to get the day started..

An excellent breakfast, but the croissants appeared to be taken out of a freezer and not cooked! The staff thought that was how they should be put out to eat.. Quite a mystery... Otherwise everything else was fine and we will stay again.

Hotel is based on a very busy main road, where the heavy traffic does not stop 24/7. When we found earplugs next to the bed on arrival, we knew there had been complaints before. It was also the hottest night of the year, not the hotels fault, but we had to have all the windows open which obviously didn't help the situation. The room was very dated, with charity shop furniture. Excessive mould around the shower base and bathroom in general. Large parking space, which was great and a good location for town. Breakfast was acceptable. I wouldn't return based on the location and noise, never mind the bathroom.

Room could have been lot cleaner, and very basic decorated, Breakfast was very nice and cooked well. Just needed to be more welcoming,

Convenient location for rail station and short walk to town, but busy road so traffic was noisy. Room a decent size Breakfast was ok , nothing special.

Hotel was in a good position and handy for the town. On a very busy main road but we asked for a quiet room when we booked which was provided at the back of the hotel and so heard no noise at all. No frills hotel with good parking, pleasant staff, clean rooms and a tasty breakfast. Everything we needed for an enjoyable two night break in Arundel.

Expedia gives this hotel 3 stars, however the sign outside and other sites give it 2 stars. I would say it’s closer to 2 stars based on the room we stayed in and our overall stay. The decor was dated, the tv didn’t work, the mattress was hard and pillows flat making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The property is on the main road and having a room at the front we heard the cars all throughout the night. I appreciate the location but double glazing is a must. The bathroom was compact with no lock and the toilet so close to the wall, we had to turn sideways to use it! The towels were also small and one we were given was dirty. That being said, there were some positives including the staff during breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was nice. The hotel has a car park which many others in the area don’t and is a short walk to the centre. The room was clean but could do with modernisation to bring this up to 3 stars that Expedia claims it is.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, help with the luggage . The room was spacious and comfortable and although on the front by the main road it was reasonably quiet and there was a ceiling fan so we didn't have to open the windows. Breakfast was excellent ,served efficiently in the conservatory. Would stay again if visiting Arundel

Very uncommunicative night staff

THe place needs to be updated. All connections for phones, etc, require a plug to charge, which you have to bring. Most of then places we have stayed have upgraded with these connections

Couldn’t really fault it, but quaint country style rooms aren’t our thing. Comfy bed, nice staff, plenty of off road parking and the room was clean. The only thing I could say at fault was a snotty egg on my breakfast but I don’t believe that warrants a negative comment. In my opinion, I wouldn’t pay that amount again for the room we had but if quaint country style bedrooms are your thing then knock yourselves out.

Breakfast was lovely good choice Staff friendly despite being close to busy road & station couldn’t hear it slept very well & short walk to town of Arundel Plenty of parking @ hotel Highly recommended

The hotel was ideal for visiting Arundel walking distance to castle and visiting area.Lots of walking amenities and places to eat and drink.Breakfast was good lots of parking we had a great time here and everyone was very helpful and friendly.Would stay again.
