Room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Had a good 5 days there using it as a base for meeting up with family. The staff were welcoming and very helpful The room was clean and large the bathroom was large and clean with all you need the beds are comfortable Breakfast was plentiful and cooked nicely The bar and bar food was good too , they do a nice salad and sweet potato fries. All in all I would this time recommend staying there

Large room - simply decorated. Clean. WiFi good. Pub attached has great choice of good quality food and drinks.

Everything clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, nice quality bed linen and towels, good hairdryer, lots of parking, everything very good. Property is reasonably old and may seem a little dated, but it’s clean, well equipped and maintained and that’s all you need. Would recommend.

Was brilliant

This was a 2 day business trip, what a mistake. The pub was close to a rough housing area, who then frequented it with their presence. The staff were great but this was a rough pub, with poor food and the accomodation block was a disgrace. If we didn't know it looked like what the migrants are housed in, avoid this like the plague

Parking was easy and plentiful. Bar stock most drinks long wait for food on arrival at the bar. Family room was large and comfortable

Plenty of parking, good choice on menu. Service was a bit slow due to quiz.

Bathroom floor was very slippery right from the beginning, one soap was nearly empty (the other one empty) as well as heavily diluted when I arrived and was never refilled, the towels were not changed despite placing the old ones in the bath tub as per directions. Ground floor rooms are noisy. On the other hand the pub staff were very kind and helped with the towel replacement. The cleaning contractor is not doing its job properly., a shame.

Unfortunately when I arrived the booking system was down so I couldn’t be checked in however The staff were very kind and helpful No complaints there at all. Unfortunately the room itself was probably one of the worst room I’ve stayed in. Mould in multiple areas, loose tiles with trapped water underneath and mouldy grout. A lot of the room also wasn’t clean and the bins hadn’t been emptied. The place needs a lot of work doing

Room was spotless, staff were very friendly and were very chatty at breakfast asking us how our stay was and making small talk. I can’t remember the guy who was looking after breakfast but he was brilliant.

Very large clean room

Spacious room, friendly staff and great restaurant/bar. Accommodation is great value which makes it easier to spend money at the bar! Would definitely stay here again.

Close to family after a long day you can check straight in no faithin about rooms comfortable bar staff that check you on always welcome you and always ask how you are never bothered through out your stay the one thing I wasn't happy about 10.30 house keeping knocked and walked straight on has I was coming out of shower which I was really taking back by it but my day started ectic so actually didn't remember to contact hotel regarding this but other than that love staying at the boundary
