O teto, na altura da porta de acesso ao box, estava com infiltração apresentando vazamento de pingos d’água na cabeça de quem entra no box.

No café da manhã não havia ovos mexidos, e ao serem perguntados informaram que os ovos tinham acabado e que iriam chegar ainda. Isso corrobora o meu comentário sobre falta de controle logístico quando relatei a minha opinião na pesquisa do check inn.

great stay. Only negative was that there were no towels in the room. Had to go downstairs and ask for some for me and my girlfriend.

O quarto, apesar de ser extremamente pequeno, é bem planejado para o padrão Budget, mas a recepção na chegada não foi nada acolhedora.

Hospedagem tranquila. Check in e check out muito práticos. Ótimo para viagens rápidas.

From the day my husband and I checked in everything was horrible. They had to change our room on because the toilet did not flush. The air conditioner kept turning off every 30 minutes and the staff told us it was because the system did not have the capacity to stay on the entire day or night. The room key did not work every time we went back to our room, we had to go back downstairs to have them reactivate the key card. The person who cleans the room went in without nocking while we were laying in bed. the coffee machine downstairs was in maintenance the entire time. we ordered a pizza in the hotel's restaurant and they took 1 hour to make the pizza and when we asked the server, she responded, "you guys ordered a pizza?" When the pizza finally came, there was no crust, it was only melted cheese, a lot of melted cheese. we were unable to eat it so we asked to change it for burgers and when the burgers came they were raw. I finally complained with the hotel manager whom only responded "sorry, sorry, sorry" but did not do anything about it.

Quarto estava razoável. Piso com muita sujidade e soltando o laminado.

Quarto basico, equipe gentil, mas nao tinha cafe da manha. Pelo custo, compensava mais pegar um hotel melhor

Limpeza

Tive que trocar de quarto duas vezes, a primeira vez por pia entupida e a segunda por conta do odor e por sair um líquido branco do piso do quarto. O pessoal da recepção foram educados, mas infelizmente as instalações não foram boas e perdi praticamente dois dias de diárias
