Very noisy as on a busy road and residents next room talking right through the night .

The owner was friendly and kind and greeted us at breakfast. We had a large family and the gave us a large room with 3 beds and another room with 1 large bed and a twin. Easy check in. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.

A clean and friendly hotel . The only small problem was how close the hotel is to the main road .

It is nice hotel with good breakfast. Big problem was to find hotel as location on hotels.com is not correct. You need to go 30 km more to this hotel. Hotels.com and owners of this hotel should solve this problem for sure.

This hotel was remarkable. The room and staff were great and my decades of travel and stay never did I find someone as KIND as the person who served us in breakfast. He was a person who went out of his way to make sure we needed nothing more at all times. And when we finished our very delicious and large breakfast we were sitting drinking our coffee and he asks would we like to sit in the other room which had the fresh morning air. Then he brought us some books as we were about to leave that showed us what we can sight see in the Afyon area. The point for me was in the word Kindness which there is so little off these days, and how happy we were to have stayed there!

The staff was very helpful. Although being very close to the main road the room was quiet. The only unpleasant thing was the smell coming from the empty area adjacent to the hotel.

konumu gayet iyi. çalışanlar nazik. oda küçük ama yatak rahattı. kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. tek sorun klimaların merkezi sistem olmasıydı. odamızdan kontrol edemediğimiz için sürekli resepsiyonu aradık. bence bu konuda bir değişikliği düşünmelisiniz.

Pencereler çift camlı, oda iyi ısınıyor, klima çalışıyor, genel olarak temizlik iyi. Tekrar kalırım.

Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgili, oda kahvalti ama egitim amacli konakladığım icin kahvaltiyi deneme firsatim olmadi. Temizlik ortalama diyebilirim. Otopark sorunu yok. Tekrar Afyon'a gelirsem konaklarım.

Breakfast, staff service, and access to tourist sites were good. However, the electrical facilities were insufficient. When I put the card key in the holder at the entrance, a strange noise was heard continuously. Also, the light at the entrance did not turn on.

Tek gecelik bir konaklama yaptım ve çok memnun kaldım. Herşeyden önce çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Oda eksiksiz ve temizdi. İhtiyaç duyduğum herşey karşılandı. Konaklama sonrasında ise oda da unuttuğum şarj aleti hakkında ben farkına varmadan bana bilgi verdiler ve adresime ulaştırdılar. Söztürk Otel de konaklama deneyiminden memnun kaldım. Tekrar Afyonkarahisar'da konaklama ihtiyacı duyarsan mutlaka tercih edeceğim.
