Ramirez offers a clean comfortable, spacious and quiet room, at an an excellent location. They do not offer breakfast, but an excellent breakfast shop is very close by. Staff is super friendly. I will return.

Easy to get to, parking on-site (would be tight for a large car), friendly staff, large space, great AC and clean. Bed was a little firm, would be nice if they had the 20 from the address on the building, and all the action is across the bridge in the old town - short walk. Great coffee and breakfast at L’Encant across and down the street. Would skip the restaurant in the building.

Location was nice and walkable to the park. 10 min uber ride to old town. Very clean and comfortable suites with great staff. Bike rental available at the hotel or across the street. Highly recommend biking around the garden and to the beach.

From the reception staff to the cleaning team, the service was excellent. We also used their parking service, which was very convenient. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids’ welcome pack was an unexpected but delightful surprise. Highly recommended! It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the city center, but the location is fantastic with a beautiful park for walking right nearby.

This place is the best place we have ever stayed , the staff are amazing and so welcoming as well as being very informative about Valencia , buses , places to eat , sights to see. The rooms were so clean, well equipped, comfy and cosy . The decor was modern and felt nearly decorated . We would definitely plan our visit around the availability of this hotel if we visit Valencia again , a great location for everything. Can’t fault it . Thank you .

Amazing hotel walking distance between the two areas where we wanted to spend time. The hotel was in perfect condition with lots of space.

Staff was AMAZING! Available and spoke English so well! Great location! They gave us beach towels to use and we saw others get bikes! The shutters made the room super quiet. Will stay there again!

Lovely apartment (loft) with well equipped kitchen (including sachets of salt, oil etc), comfy bed and good shower. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Great location to walk or cycle around, as it's close to the long park through the city (Jardin del Turia). Also able to hire bikes from the hotel (extra £) but was very convenient and it's a great city to cycle around! We would stay here again.

What a gem. 2 room apartment at extremely reasonable prices. Staff here are superb. Laura & Aurora checked us in and Laura gave us a run down on the area and matked everything to see on a map. The tourism people couldnt have done as good a job. Apartments are fitted out extremely well. Kitchen has everything you could require. Would definitely stay again and recommend
