Everything is ok, according to the price. Staff is friendly. Staff named Jega/Hwee Yee is very friendly and helpful, but the room is a bit smaller than other Ibis Budget.

Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Appera, Jeff, and Ibony. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Location: Except the place seem not safe because some persons seem to be suspicious in the mid-night (after around 10:30 PM), everything is fine and excellent service. Service & facilities: Wi-Fi is very slow.

Friendly staff, strategic location, clean hotel, complete facilities, easy access to the city because it is near a bus stop with many destinations. The room cleaning department is thorough and agile and polite. The price is also according to standard.
