First, you are greeted by friendly staff, because you can't reach the villa by car. The check-in process was fast, entering the Villa was immediately served with a view of the pool, spacious rooms. Especially the bathroom is very comfortable, it's very rare to find a villa bathroom that is as comfortable as this in Ubud Heaven. Kitchen facilities are very complete. It's very comfortable, it's not enough to stay only 2 nights 3 days here.

I do not recommend staying at this villa, because it is very bad. From the road to the hotel, it is quite far, the photo shows there is a boogi that took us, it turned out that the boogi was broken so we walked 500m which was quite exhausting because we had a lot of luggage. Then until the villa did not match the picture and expectations I ordered because it was very dirty, the smell of damp, the swimming pool was very dirty, cloudy, smelled, then the lights went out in the bale, and the bathroom water was all off. I am very disappointed with the service of the hotel and its irresponsible staff. I go back and forth to carry my own things with my family. Please note again , do not make excuses because the old hotel is not inhabited as an excuse not to take care of customer comfort . Very bad I am very disappointed and will not stay here again.

We stayed 1 night in Ubud Heaven. If online by walk distance is not a car, maybe you should give it to cars and motorcycles too. Arriving at the parking area we were picked up by boogey car to the hotel. Arriving at the hotel we got a Japanese room, in a Japanese room we got a private pool, a kitchen bar too but the view was not rice fields, for facilities, the room was okay, the bathroom was okay, the water was okay, the pool was okay, the breakfast was okay but we hoped we could get a buffet but ala carte okay, the service is friendly and very helpful to us, we hope next time we stay here we can get a view of the rice field.

The hot water is not alive and the water in the shower is small. Tv had trouble ..

Location is great, but it's better to walk to the center of attraction than ride a motor, it will take a long way. The hot water in the toilet is disappointing, it's like they have limited heater capacity. it's not working for a long time or when you want to fill the bathtub. the breakfast also not quite good, they have ala carte menu. not something that stand out for a hotel like this with not really cheap price

A perfect bliss for people who look for a calm and peaceful countryside atmosphere. For those who are used to that, it is a completely boring place. You can find it in a lot of other places in Indonesia with more reasonable price.

For a romantic getaway this place is really suitable. The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet away from the crowds. Full amenities with a private pool. Parking a bit far away, but it does not matter because there are facilities with golf cart shuttle.
