Overall very good. Room for improvement is the parking lot. Since the hotel is integrated with a shopping center, guests don’t have exclusive parking space. It’s a good thing that the hotel provides free valet parking.

The place is clean and comfortable, the staff are responsive, especially the hotel lobby security, who are very helpful with vehicle valet services, so you don't have to worry about finding parking because the building's location is integrated with the mall's visitor area there 👍🏻

This is not the first time I have stayed here and the experience is always pleasant, apart from the clean and spacious rooms, the location in the city center makes it a hotel with a very strategic location and has connections to the mall, making it easy to find food and shopping.

The location is strategic, inside the Cirebon Super Block, so you can also walk to the mall. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is varied and delicious. Overall, it's highly recommended for a family staycation. 👍

Maybe there needs to be more variety in restaurants, especially breakfast.
