The staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable and clean, a great choice if you are visiting South Jakarta.

The hotel is okay in all respects, strategically located near bus stops and MRT stations, near Indomaret.

For that price, it's pretty close to everywhere.

There is only 1 elevator, there is little food, and refills take a long time.

The staff is friendly, and there's a swimming pool, but the lobby isn't very cool. The rooms are perfectly fine and the price is still affordable.

Friendly and clean for both hotel area and rooms

Stayed 1 (one) night at Neo Tendean. The reception staff was friendly... Thank you for allowing us to check in early at 1 pm. Got a connecting room because we booked 2 rooms with children. The room was clean. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but unfortunately the depth of the pool is only 1 meter which is not enough for our needs. Neo Tendean is close to the Rawa Barat BRT bus stop (if I'm not mistaken). Hahaha...

So far it's comfortable, but the room is a bit old. The bathroom is stuffy, there is no exhaust, the floor of the room becomes slippery if you get wet feet.

Got an uncomfortable bathroom, the bathroom shower toilet leaked and the sink faucet was broken.
