The most impressive thing about the room was its large size and comprehensive amenities. This comfort could be further enhanced with improved bathroom faucets and an updated price list. The staff, especially the front desk, bellboys, and security, were very responsive and helpful with every guest's needs. Thank you for the comfort.

Always a hotel of choice when visiting Malang. When I booked yesterday for a superior room, the app showed a sofa, but when I got the room, there wasn't one. We complained and pointed out the discrepancy between what was offered on the app and what we actually received. The hotel immediately replaced it with a sofa, and I also showed them photo evidence of the ad in the app. Perhaps the app photo needs to be improved if the superior room no longer has a sofa. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely return.

The room was cool, comfortable, and met my booking request on the app. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had delicious food with a wide variety of options, including Western and local dishes. I'll stay here again next time, as my kids loved it. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the rooftop terrace because it was closed for a wedding.

The location is strategic, but the sheets look old and unclean. The pool feels unsuitable for swimming; the atmosphere is gloomy and uncomfortable.

In room 706, the cold water flow in the bathroom shower was much slower than the hot water flow, resulting in a small flow of warm water. I contacted a technician, who said there was a problem with the pump. By the time I checked out, the problem hadn't been resolved.

The hotel was really nice. But we couldn't swim the other day because of an anniversary celebration. Hopefully, we can go there again sometime and swim.
