Check-in came at 2, told to wait until 3 to be given the key, for an executive suite class room, the room was deplorable, the sheets were dirty and filthy, the pillowcases smelled of sweat, the wifi was weak, suggestions for the floor should be given carpet accents in some parts to make it look warm and clean, this already has dark colored ceramic floors, dim lighting, the wall paint is a bit dark so it feels cramped and musty, and add a touch of flowers in the corner of the room to make it look more beautiful and lively.

Overall, it's OK. The service, especially the security, is very helpful. The room looks old, but it's still OK and acceptable. Only the towels need replacing, they're full of holes.

It was good that the hotel is near every place I went to go to, surrounded by malls and food stalls. I had a very good experience.

Conveniently located just next to Teras Kota. The room was clean and comfortable, overall it was a pleasant stay.

It's just across the street from Teras Kota Mall, and close to AEON BSD and ITC BSD. Unfortunately, I left my pants behind, but the staff said they weren't there. As far as I remember, they were the last ones at the hotel.
