This is my umpteenth time at Santika Depok. Highly recommended hotel. Previously, I was given rooms on the 25th and 27th floors. This time, I was given a room on the 26th floor. I was given room 2630. Thank God, many thanks to Santika Depok management. My previous review has been corrected. This time, as soon as I got out of the car on the 1st floor, the staff on the 1st floor greeted me in a friendly and polite manner. Thank God, there have been changes. Breakfast was delicious as usual, with a variety of food and drinks as usual. Oh yeah, by the way, many thanks to Santika Depok management for the razor gift and razor wax. Luxurious and classy, I always choose to stay at Santika Depok. Don't hesitate to choose Santika Depok as your perfect choice for your stay in Depok. always recommended. Overall OK. Strategic location and in the same area as the mall, friendly staff, buffet breakfast also has a lot of choices from western to Indonesian menu. It's just that maybe the breakfast starts too early and ends too early. Then for the room is quite comfortable but not soundproof. So you can hear from inside people coming and going carrying suitcases or from the room next door or above who are pulling furniture or talking a little loudly. Also, something that needs attention is the bathroom mat, which it would be better if the mat looks dull/shabby and the stitching is starting to come out here and there, it is no longer used. I've been here countless times. The front desk staff on the third floor lobby during check-in were friendly and their system indicated they were frequent visitors. The food and drinks are varied; I especially like the fried rice and soto, which are delicious. My favorites are the herbal drink and the super delicious soy milk. This time, because the deluxe rooms were out of stock, I got a superior room. Superior rooms don't have refrigerators, while deluxe rooms do. The only negative experience this time was that the front desk staff on the first floor were very unfriendly. They didn't even smile, let alone greet me. Please retrain the front desk staff on the first floor. I'm always loyal to Santika, especially Santika Bogor. Santika Hotels are highly recommended everywhere. Many thanks, Santika.

All the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, mall access so you don't have to order online for food or coffee, it's really delicious, easy to go anywhere, breakfast is delicious and varied, especially the donuts and bread, you must try it on weekends, there's a CFD in front of the mall, the only downside is there's no special pool for children, otherwise it's really good and no deposit, thank you to all the staff at Hotel Santika Depok :)

I've stayed at this hotel several times and the staff provides excellent service. In my opinion, the only downside is the room size, which feels a bit cramped.

The location was good, any time hungry can go to D'mal, no worry about rain. Entertainment has a theater, hotel food also very nice. Staff all cooperative. Morning breakfast menu was amazing. Lunch and dinner menu also good. Room service good. Cleaning room good. Cleaning staff, kitchen staff all cooperative. I was regularly stay in Santika Depok for more than 6 years.

Good hotel at Depok, reliable rate

The rooms and service are all fine! The only problem is the parking lot, which should be set aside specifically for the hotel.

The hotel is very strategic, connected to Dmall. Only parking is limited if you want to be close to the lobby. If you want to park with mall visitors. The elevator took a long time because I got a room on the 27th floor. The food is varied, the taste is quite good. Only the building looks old, the rooms are also old-style.
