There were still hairs on the hotel room when we arrived. Please clean the room more. Please offer more variety in the food, especially breakfast.

The place is good and the service is quite good...the speed of check-in could be improved further.

Overall, it's okay, the staff is friendly, there is food, but I ordered room service, but the staff said it couldn't be done because they were having an event. The staff should also prioritize other guests even though they were having an event.

The price is 400 thousand rupiah with cool facilities, the swimming pool is the most satisfying, spacious for adults, let alone the children's pool, the slide is really big. If you go to Tangerang, Vega Hotel is definitely the choice.

It took the hotel staff a long time to tidy up the room when I checked in because the floor was slippery, and towels weren't even available and I waited a long time for them.

My first impression was a bit disappointing because the check-in process took almost 2 hours for various reasons. Other than that, the comfort, cleanliness, and service were quite good, the breakfast variety was extensive, and the swimming pool facilities were perfect for children to play in. Thank you.

Overall it's fine.. It seems like an old hotel.. But the swimming pool makes the kids happy.

Actually everything is ok.. The only thing that is regrettable is the treatment of the security and one of the restaurant staff when we had breakfast.. The security seemed to not want to help at all because I couldn't enter from the right because my car was close to the right (there was a car next to it). I asked whose car this was, asked for help to move it first because I couldn't enter, but no one could help at all.. And instead I was blamed "your car is also too close to the right".. Is that how you treat hotel guests?.. The restaurant staff treated me unpleasantly by reprimanding me impolitely just because I had breakfast outside the air-conditioned room. I had breakfast outside because the restaurant was full at that time, and we weren't told at all by the other staff which side to go to if it was full inside.. Until the male staff at the restaurant reprimanded me somewhat arrogantly.. In my opinion, unpleasant treatment for hotel service

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The service was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were complete, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is also strategic, close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely return if I'm in this city! 🌟

The room I stayed in I think 315 has a lot of leaks and it was a terrible experience. I thought that looking at the hotel it would be a good place to stay, it wasn’t I don’t think their towels were clean either it was gray not white. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was pretty good, but when it arrived the refrigerator was dead and we reported it to the staff and they replaced it straight away.

Yes, again, the towel issue is that I find it difficult to differentiate between a foot towel and a body towel. Other than that, it's nice. The breakfast menu is commensurate with the price we pay, nothing too fancy. Overall, it's good, kid- and family-friendly. Good luck!
