The location is pretty good, close to everything, especially SMS Mall. The only downside is the bathroom in the room, which was flooded and had no drainage. I tried the breakfast, but it was lacking in flavor and too salty. There was often noise from above the room, like things being moved around.

This is the second time clean towels in the room have smelled. The laundry staff either couldn't use hot enough water to wash the towels or put too many towels in the dryer, preventing them from drying completely, and they started to smell after being folded.

Everything was fine. The only downside was that the AC in room 912 wasn't cooling. The technician checked it, and it still didn't work. Hopefully, the AC will be fixed soon so the next guests will be more comfortable, hehe.
