There's no Qibla direction in the room. The toilet's shower takes a long time (1 minute) to flush, filling the toilet bowl and then releasing water from the shower. It's a good idea to have instructions for using the washing machine.

The atmosphere is comfortable for families

Good place, clean, everything works well, affordable price, but excellent facilities. When I stayed at the front of the hotel, I noticed an unpleasant odor, possibly from the sewer or river.

I waited about 40 minutes for my room to be ready as I checked in during peak season, but the front desk offered me free breakfast as compensation. The room was very spacious, clean, and very well-equipped (kitchenette, cookware, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.). I will definitely stay again.

Overall, everything’s fine. The location is very convenient as it’s in the city centre. The room facilities and amenities are also fine. The food has been fine so far. The staff are friendly too. A suggestion: the stock of toiletries such as soap and shampoo could be checked before new guests arrive so they can be topped up.
