I stayed there for 3 days yesterday. The TT app recommended that it could accommodate 2-5 people, but in reality, there was an additional charge for 5 people. I was disappointed; the toiletries weren't refilled daily and should have been replaced daily. I had to constantly ask for towels, but they weren't replaced. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the AC wasn't cold. The staff were friendly, but they could improve the room to make it more comfortable for guests.

The restaurant staff is very slow in refilling food, so many customers run out of time or stay too long at breakfast because the food is often empty and refilled late. For egg lovers, please be aware that at this restaurant, each customer who requests an omelet, fried, or scrambled eggs is only allowed one egg per person.

Every time we go to Bali we always stay here and are always well served by all the staff, especially Mrs. Made, who is always informative even before we ask, as if she knows what I will ask during the check-in process. Just a little suggestion for housekeeping to be more careful about the number of towels provided, the rest is extraordinary, we will always stay here even though the parking lot is full, the staff will be happy to help us. Thank you once again to all the staff on duty when we stayed at Legian Sunset Residence

I was disappointed with the AC, which wasn't cold, even though I upgraded to a room with two bathrooms, so my deposit was taken a hundred. I complained that the AC was broken, and was asked to be patient until it was fixed the next day. Then, they gave me a fan, which felt like a hostel. My deposit shouldn't have been deducted.

I didn't have time to pick it up. Actually, everything was fine, but yesterday the AC wasn't cold. When I complained, because I checked in late at night, I was asked to have it fixed the next morning. At night, I was asked to understand and was given a fan to cool down. If it's like that next time, it's best to make someone feel guilty by giving them free breakfast or moving rooms. So I slept hot last night. The next day, it was fixed, but it still wasn't cold, but it wasn't that hot anymore, but it still wasn't as cold as at my house. So I was a bit disappointed

All the staff were very friendly and kind. The only thing is, the bathroom shower often shuts off when you're taking a shower, perhaps because it has to share the water supply with the next room. And breakfast, even if you arrive at 8am, is already gone. We stayed for 2 days and had breakfast twice, but we always ran out of other items. Thank you.

The location is really good, close to everywhere and lots of restaurants. The breakfast is also delicious! Just request the breakfast area can be enlarged so that guests don't have to queue to eat, and if possible the kitchen can be enlarged so that if the food runs out it can be refilled immediately. Very comfortable for families. Clean too. If possible the studio room type (2 people) with 2 floors, the ground floor can be given air conditioning too, because it's very hot downstairs. Overall so happy
