The location is close to restaurants and public facilities, the rooms are nice and clean, overall it was a satisfying stay here.

I've stayed here many times. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I recommend providing refills for bottled water so you can refill it yourself. Overall, it's a very pleasant stay.

The staff welcomed me well, the food had enough variety, and the location was close to my destination, the ITS campus.

Pluses: - The deluxe twin room already feels luxurious, with a glass work desk. - Twin beds, large size (120 x 200 cm). - The room is quite spacious. - Friendly staff. Minuses: - Breakfast options could be improved. - You're not allowed to take leftover breakfast outside the restaurant area (I was in a rush for a meeting and hadn't had time for breakfast, so I wasn't allowed to take leftovers back to my room).

In my opinion, the food still lacks seasoning (not very tasty)....🙏😊

The breakfast menu choices are many and delicious.

The bathroom was clean but smelled awful. Even with the toilet door closed, the smell still permeated the sleeping area. I was too tired to complain, so I just accepted it.

We tried the junior suite and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite delicious. When we encountered any issues, the staff was very responsive and helpful.
