This hotel, formerly known as Hotel Neo Sentul, has now been renamed Hotel Nawana by Alana. The building itself hasn't changed much. It's strategically located within the same culinary area as the Sentul Cultural Park. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Even though it's a new building, the bathroom is clogged to the point where the water overflows, it's the same as drinking plain water, even though it's only Le Minerale (slaps forehead)

Very comfortable, been here many times and always had a great time.

The AC had problems... but the handling was good... I asked to be moved to another room and it was immediately resolved.

The chef was very helpful—I forget his name, but he was Mr. Niko, if I'm not mistaken. The receptionist at the front desk also helped me with the app and room details. I'll definitely be back for another vacation, as it's comfortable for my family and toddler. Thank you.

Strategically located in Sentul, traffic-free. Very close to culinary spots for families. The rooms and pool are clean, and the kids love it. Breakfast is delicious, including sushi and biryani.

Menginap disini, sengaja cari tempat staycation yang dekat dari rumah tanpa drama macet2an, waw bgt rasanya..super menyenangkan. Staff yang ramah dan lingkungan sekitar hotel juga enak. Fasilitas kolam renangnya yang membuat saya sekeluarga juga suka bangetttt terutama anak saya..Menu breakfastnya juga cukup bervariasi dan rasanya juga TOP enakkkkk...Senang rasanya bisa staycation disini..

We arrived exactly at 2:00 PM and the room was ready, before arriving at the hotel we asked for a complimentary cake via WhatsApp, and it was answered quickly, then we borrowed an iron for the room, and it was delivered immediately. Thank you for the very fast response and very friendly service, all the staff are friendly, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the room and swimming pool are clean, we will definitely come back here next time, one more thing, the large bedroom and toilet are very comfortable.
