Close and convenient to places to eat

Hotel area access is close to everywhere.

Nice hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and early check-in is available. Grab food is easy to get and it's close to many food outlets. There's a water dispenser. It's a bit noisy if your room faces the main road, but overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Strategic location, comfortable room, big enough for four people.

Early check-in is possible without our request. The position of the AC in the bedroom needs to be reconsidered as it directly impacts your head while you sleep.

Suitable and close to food center.

The room was clean, the triple room was large, and the air conditioning worked well and was cool. It was close to restaurants and the Wellings pharmacy. Grab was also close to the hospital.

The room is comfortable and cool, and going out to find food is very easy.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The bed is comfortable. Basic toiletries are given. However, the bath towel was smelly on one of the days. The hotel management got it changed immediately upon requesting a new towel. Overall, the hotel is good and strategic. Will consider staying here again.

Stayed in a family room for a few nights. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location is strategic, close to culinary centers, pharmacies, minimarkets, museums, and more. The staff is friendly and speaks Malay and English. You can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time.

The room is clean, the towels and sheets are always clean. There are culinary options around the hotel. The room just needs a little more light.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel location is perfect - lots of restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. Bonus for durian lovers, there's durian right near the hotel too. Plus, it's super walkable.

Nice place to stay and great location

I'm so impressed with operation manager Jonathan as I lost my mobile in a Grab car. I was helpless and had no way to contact my friends. He was helpful, assisted Grab, helped call and arrange for a driver to bring me to the mall to get a new phone and to the police station to make a police report. I only arrived on the 2nd day and I couldn't recall any telephone numbers and was afraid. In the room, I was trying to connect with the new phone but it was difficult. At 8pm Jonathan called and mentioned the phone was found, returned by the Grab driver, and delivered at the reception. I'm so happy that before the day ended, I found my phone that can connect me to friends and at least the next 2 days left can be enjoyed in Penang. I'm grateful the staff were helpful, kind, and made an effort to help.

The room is nice, the location is strategic, but the lights for the room hallway should be added with LED lights to make it brighter.
