Spacious room, big bed, comfortable.

An old hotel that needs renovating. The first room that we were in was awful. It was damp (and it made me feel unwell); the AC didn't work; there was water damage on the walls; the view was just the wall of the next door building; the bathroom facilities were yellow, cracked, and peeling; the towel rack was on its last legs; and there were insects crawling on the desk and the coffee set table! We requested a room change and the second room was slightly better but you can hear the sounds of the main street. Though when we requested the room change the receptionist wasn't that responsive to our concerns and sent a housekeeping staff to deal with the insects. Thankfully the housekeeping staff was more responsive and immediately offered us a room change when we showed them the issues (as we initially requested). We needed to ask the technician to put batteries in the safety deposit box in the room, and it took them more than 40 mins and a follow-up call to get to my room and do it which made us late for our activities. I don't know why they just don't have it ready for check in. The food is not good. The highlight is their soto and their jamu (if it's in stock. it was out of stock for one of the days we were there). We wanted to check out the hotel lounge on one of the nights we were there but there was literally no one working there so we went elsewhere. On my checkout day, the ladies room at reception was flooded and there was no wet floor sign nor out of order sign which is a hazard - despite the staff being aware of that issue.

This is the third time I've stayed here, easy access.

The swimming pool is clean, the water is clear, and the staff are very friendly.

I like this hotel, the family room is nice...

Overall, I think it's good, maybe the cooking is still a bit unsatisfactory.

Overall, it's still okay, but this is an old hotel that was once popular in the 2000s, so a lot of the furniture is outdated.

The downside is there are some cockroaches in the room.

The hotel is strategically located next to Lippo Plaza, with a minimarket across the street. It's easily accessible, about 11 km from the Prambanan toll exit.
