Cold AC, compared to previous stay. No getting better. The only downside [is the] lack of TV channel[s], a lot of frozen ice in [the] refrigerator, and [it] will be great if [there are] at least 2 pillows for each bed, but one downside is still slow water pressure for [the] shower part.

Spacious rooms with great views, though some amenities need maintenance. I stayed in a clean and spacious room that featured a lovely view of the river. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities and a coffee/tea station. However, the experience was slightly marred by inconsistent hot water in the shower. While the air conditioning wasn't particularly strong, the provided ceiling fan helped maintain comfort. Additionally, the TV reception was poor. On a positive note, the breakfast spread was quite decent.

Given level 7 (highest). Iron board and drinking water filter outside at corridor. Quiet floor but the only downside is AC lacking. Need to change to 1.5hp or top up gas at least. Ample car park but breakfast not worthy.

Attractive location and easy access

BETTER IF STAY HERE DON'T TAKE BUFFET BREAKFAST CAUSE ON SUNDAY NOT MANY CHOICE MENU AND ON MONDAY GIVE MENU ALA CARTE ... NOT WORTHY RM20 For BUFFET BREAKFAST

Restaurants are not open 24 hours, places to eat are far away, and other transportation is needed to get to the city center.

I stayed 1 night. Very noisy. For cleanliness, I can rate 3. The door was very tough to close. The other facilities were OK.

This hotel is located near Sentral Melaka and River Cruise, like staying at home because after playing you can return to the hotel which is relatively comfortable and not noisy.

The signal is weak, the wifi is bad, when you first check in you are given a room that has not been packed or cleaned.

Fast check in/out process, spacious enough rooms, strategic location and quite affordable prices for a 3 star hotel.

Room spaces is very good but surprisingly the room is very dirty. But I called for house keeping to come vacuum she came quite fast.

The rooms are large and comfortable for families.

Clean hotel. It's bright when you come in. Ready there is a waterfall pool. Just relax, it's time to check in.

Nice budget hotel to stay, check in hotel 02:00pm & front desk told me breakfast start from 07:00am, then the next day I came down for breakfast 07:00am, but staff told me 07:30am, no water in room, no teeth brush in room,
