The bathroom shower head was all over the place, the bidet toilet didn't drain properly, and the sink wouldn't drain. The food tasted awful: the tempeh was bland, and the fried chicken was incredibly crispy.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again.

The location and facilities were all fine. Unfortunately, the room had a slightly musty smell. When I was there, the hotel was booked by BPS, so it was very busy. At midnight, there were people hanging out in the hallway, snacking and drinking, shouting and laughing, disturbing others sleeping. But no one from the hotel said anything.

It was a very comfortable stay at Aston, all the staff were nice and friendly, the room was clean, and the food was delicious 👍

Make sure the AC stays cool and there are no leaks.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Aston Bojonegoro. Great location right at the city center (although I wish it was closer to the alun alun). Standard service excellence as you will expect in any Aston Hotel chains all over Indonesia. Although it was so quiet and empty during the three days that I stayed at the hotel, I hope they can get more guests whether from local Dinas or business people coming to Bojonegoro. One piece of feedback I would like to share relates to the gym facilities and its current location, which is situated on a lower level and is less appealing visually. If possible, it would be beneficial to relocate or redesign the gym to an area with a more attractive view, such as overlooking the main road or the swimming pool. This could significantly enhance the overall user experience. In addition, upgrading and adding more complete gym equipment would be a valuable improvement. With better facilities and a more appealing location, the gym has the potential not only to enhance guest satisfaction but also to serve as an additional revenue stream for the hotel if opened to the public. This feedback is offered for your consideration in future facility development. Thank you.

Thank God, my experience at the Aston Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, the dining area was spacious, and the menu varied. The location was close to the city center. Thank you.

The AC went out in the middle of the night. The bedroom door handle was hard to open.

The breakfast was good, but the place and the room were not really comfortable, especially on the cleanliness. It made me decide to only stay for 1 night out of 2 nights booked there.

The best spot, enjoy the poolside and Bujana Resto 😍

The problem was the bathroom, where the water flow was very small. Second, the cleaning problem; my room wasn't cleaned on the last day.
