The room is not soundproof so sleep is disturbed, the floor of our room makes noise, as do steps outside or on our floor.

From the start, check-in was great. The staff (Mr. Huda) was very responsive and proactive. I didn't ask for two keys, but since I seemed to need them, he immediately gave me two. Breakfast was also impressive, with its food and variety. The F&B manager was also kind and responsive, asking for and appreciating every input. All the best Aston!

Every time I'm on assignment, I always stay here, the location is comfortable and the last time in January 2026 I was a bit disturbed by the noise of the outdoor AC.

The facilities are quite complete with spacious rooms, and the food is also varied.

The hotel staff, especially the Customer Service staff (Mas Fajrul and Mbak Dara), were amazing. I forgot my stylus pen and it was quickly responded to and sent to my house.

When I ordered on Traveloka, I asked for a room on the top floor with a pool view, but it didn't match my request, I got one on the 3rd floor, maybe there aren't any rooms with a pool view.

I stayed here for 2 days, the service was very friendly, starting from the check-in staff, room service, and FB service. Oh yes, the CS was also very fast in responding when I contacted at night to request a connecting room. It was a pleasure staying here, if we have plans to go to Bojonegoro again, God willing, we will definitely choose Aston Bojonegoro to stay.
