Value for money and very good hotel to stay

Okay, the location is the reason I chose the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality on the early check-in.

Its at the outskirt of the city. accessible coming from highway. many amenities around the hotel but not in city centre. Room has seen better days. Need maintenance. Parkings a squeeze. Park outside for less risk. Food: only the convenience aspect.

breakfast, asked for warm water....until breakfast was over, there was no warm water. The staff didn't know.....

Overall it's great!!! Fast check-in, the breakfast was good.

Such a shame a grand hotel like this deterioriating in every aspects. Room is very dark. Two lamps not working. Hotel looks tired.

The room carpet is a bit dusty, the bathroom doesn't have hot water, the pool water is a bit murky..

I have complained twice about the wifi, but still no improvement. The hotel informed me that the maintenance team would come to the room to fix it, but no one came until I checked out.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean hotel with good breakfast choices. Love the gym and the swimming pool. I got a spacious room at a good price. Value for money. My only comment was the food was not topped up fast but understandably it was during peak days (weekend during school break). But the food are delicious anyways. Recommended

The room furniture looks old and some of the it already broke. The toilet drain was cloaked and water heater not functioning

Thank God, fasting is a good thing. Quiet area. Spacious parking.

Room is a bit dark and stuffy. Some lights were not functioning.

Spacious room, comfortable mattress and pillows. Recommended, opposite lotus Mergong, many shops nearby.

Nice stay. Clean comfortable room although the room lighting was not to my liking. Too dim for comfort at night, except if one just wants to sleep right away as soon as night falls. The afternoon tea at the cafe was very nice. Compliments to the chef and team. Breakfast was OK, except that the cafe was swarmed by group guests, which made other guests felt uncomfortable and the Breakfast spread weren't replenished quick enough. I had to ask the staff if there was any fruit left before it got replenished. Even the chilled bottled juice were almost empty by the time I arrived at 7.40 am. Other than those, I would rate the hotel well above average.

Nice if floor mat outside toilet & hot water shower ware available.
