The ocean view rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful; the staff were very friendly. The hotel premise was also clean and very nice. We used the swimming pools (including the children's pool) and enjoyed the children's playland (you will need to pay by the hour; it's not owned by the hotel). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Parking was available at all times even when there was a weekend event. The only downside was the delayed check in for one of our rooms (we had 3 room reservations). We were told that we could check in at 3 pm; our room was available about an hour later. All in all, the customer service of all the staff was excellent. They were really generous and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

The view of the pool and ocean was fantastic. The pool area is amazing. The room itself was a bit outdated, the door to the balcony was hard to open and the toilet had some problems

For the price, i wasnt impressed. I had to wait 45 minutes after my check-in time because my room wasnt ready. The internet was good, but the TV was small.

Very relaxing environment.

Strong smell of urine fronting the hotel from homeless people in the area which could have been easily flushed daily by hotel but was not. Not a pleasant first impression.

Everything was great but the shower did not have hot water.

I love the location, the property and the staff were awesome. Good food, room rates are good we can walk everywhere cause everything is near. Parking was okay, cause we have to park across the street from the hotel so it’s kind of risky especially at night, there are risky drivers around the island so you’ll never know.
