We arrived shortly after 3 PM and the room wasn't ready until 3:45. So they made us wait and only offered soft drinks and food. Would have preferred a cocktail.

Room was clean, the staff was nice, the beach was beautiful, the pool was well maintained, the spa was very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. It was well located close to lots of shops to walk to and the free parking was a bonus for the few times we wanted to explore a little further away.

The room was in bad condition, the shower door didn’t sit correctly so the door didn’t shut all the way. The fridge had a leak, the drinks was cold but there was a leak constantly under the fridge. The TVs weren’t working properly when we entered and the window shutter in the dinning room didn’t work for opening nor shutting. The price for the room was too much for the issues in the room and wasn’t worth it.

Staff was friendly and very considerate. Beautiful view from the room and good breakfast.

Upon check in had to wait an hour to get a my keys rooms weren't ready, should at least upgrade us, front desk want to assign our rooms on same floor, paid for 2 rooms we got 7th floor , for the many times staying, it would of be nice to upgrade us , Sink was clogged.

The top hotel in Guam in terms of location and amenities. Only issue is that despite being a top hotel, there is a separate charge to use the basic beach chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Also, love the drinking water dispensers so folks can use a reusable water bottle, but the areas around them seemed wet and damp due to overflows.

The whole experience of being in Guam and staying at the Dusit Beach Resort was wonderful. The staff are very attentive. The room and the hotel are clean and well kept. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good with a lot of diversity.

Your hotel is beautiful and the staff was incredible.

Managers on duty Chris and Irene were amazing people and helped us whenever we needed. Some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered

Staffs are courteous and very professional

Large room, oceanfront view was perfect, nice size balcony, very clean. Only complaint was the tub/shower combo and not a separate shower.
