It was very quiet, and the room was an adequate size. Beds were comfortable.

The pool was not open at all during our stay. Super disappointing.

Clean hotel nice bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast choices everything was hot.

The hotel was right off the freeway. Plenty of places to eat. The breakfast was okay. Coffee was never hot, just warm. Hot breakfast items looked and tasted like bulk food warmed up in microwave. There was enough items to choose from to get enough to eat. The area was clean. All the workers were very nice. The rooms water pressure was terrible. Showers took forever. They didn't have hand soap. The bathrooms were not that clean. The AC quit working in the middle of the night but started again around 6am. I thought the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was just okay. Didn't get very cold. Plenty of parking. The pool broke the day we got there. They did allow you to use the one across the parking lot. I probably would not stay here again. Mostly because the bathroom didn't seem that clean and no shower water pressure.

Never again. Stay in hotels a lot for work, have stayed here many times. When checking in (already booked 4 hours prior and prepaid), was told they cancelled my booking because they had no room. Complete joke, no call back or email, just wait till I show up to tell me. Booking thru 3rd party like this isn’t worth it

Lots of little things. - When I checked into my room, I was informed that 3rd party (Expedia) failed to charge "new" convention center tax, so there was an additional charge. - Dirty towels from prior occupant were left on the hook behind the door. - Children <18 y.o. in the pool unsupervised at 9:30 p.m. Adults were outside smoking, when child ran up to inform them that one of them had thrown up in the pool. - Carpet tiles in hallway not properly fitted, leaving gaps and exposing base floor. - Peephole cover in room did not stay in place to cover peephole. - Marks on wall near window and door where patchwork had been done. Poor repair and painting. - No hair dryer in room/bathroom. - USB plug next to bed was inoperative.

Very comfortable beds and pillows! Breakfast was delicious.

My stay was fairly good, however I checked out almost two weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back to my card. I called and spoke to the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. Definitely something that needs to be corrected, very poor customer service to keep deposits instead of returning them.

The room was just marvelous. I love the sheets and then the breakfast was great and FLO, who took care of the breakfast and a coffee and all the food. She was wonderful.

Front Desk was quick and gentle. Room which was 4th floor was not maintained at all. Cleanliness was major issue floor carpet and headboard was stick and bad odour. Bathtub was chipped and dirty.

While traveling late into the night to assist with electricity restoration after storms our room which we had reserved and had confirmed was given away and cancelled due to overbooking. I will look for any other options in the future

I booked a hotel room in December for the following April. When we arrived at the hotel for our stay we were told we did not have a room because we booked through Expedia. We were given an "economy" room which consisted of a door that did not lock, a broken phone, alarm clock, air conditioner, tv and bathroom door lock. It was fairly clean, but not what I had paid for and/or expected upon arrival. We stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned in between the two nights.

Showed up and there was no availability. They said dont use expedia next time and sent me on my way.
