Very relaxing and enjoyable week really had a great time

Great easy stop in between Barcelona and Grenada. Parking, secure, lovely resort and friendly helpful staff.

The staff were all very polite and helpful. Regarding the bathroom toiletries. You get tiny little bottles of shampoo etc. no actual hand soap. You have to fiddle with either the shampoo or body wash to wash your hands at the sink. Neither of our plugs actually worked in either of the sinks(I should have total reception - apologies) An aerobic class started blaring music across the pool area in the morning. We had to shut the patio doors to try and shut the music out. The rooms are spacious and we had a kettle and a fridge (on our previous stay we didn't have a fridge) Still a nice place to stay

Would definitely not stay again or recommend anyone to stay.

Hotel was very nice and very clean The pool and spa area had no staff so after 25 mins of waiting we went back to the room

As good as usual

The room we stayed in was spacious, reasonably priced and clean/safe but was badly lit due to being on the ground/basement floor. There was a large generator block outside the window which was silent but further blocked the light and view from the room. When I requested to be moved to a higher floor (which I also requested as part of my booking) I was told I would have to pay for an upgraded room to make this possible. This was a little disappointing as the view from the room we stayed in did not reflect the pictures, and it was not made clear during the booking that it would be ground/basement floor only. I declined to pay more and stayed in the room allocated. Overall the facilities in the hotel were fine in terms of restaurant/bar/pool and decor of communal areas.

Had over rooms twice because my room was infested with ants they were inside my bed and all over the furniture The first time they said it was my fault because of food inside the room and they showed me photos of this but the room they had photoed was not mine it was another room they had gone to the wrong room!! The second room had the same problem so I stayed until housekeeping came to inspoect. The third room had the same problem but not as bad and I was sick of moving my stuff. They hotel tried to put the blame on me which upset me slightly

Chema and his bar and restaurant staff are amazing - however the outdoor pool NEEDS the tiles replacing - there are loads missing and the bedrooms are starting to look a bit tired

Everything is fine and clean, but there are a lot of ants. If you leave food in your room or drop something on the floor, the ants swarm quickly.

The hotel by itself is beautiful. But location was far from my request -- this hotel was located in ROLDAN Torre-Pacheco, a half hour drive from where my son and his family were. We had to rent a car so my son would not have to drive 30 minutes x 2 each day to meet us -- The rental car cost us an additional 780 euros for the week.

Excellent stay at the complex perfect for golfers.. night life could be better but all in all good experience would stay again.
