It was good, the room is spacious, however I think they have to level up the cleanliness, especially in the bedroom

Entering the lobby, it was dark and uncomfortable. As I was about to enter my room (I happened to check in at 11 PM), I saw several guests hanging out in the hallway—all men, making me uneasy. The room was very dusty. It was very dark, with very little lighting. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with the bathtub door directly onto the street, making it very noisy, even the bedroom area was noisy.

The hotel is old, the maintenance is lacking, entering the room really feels like the room is not maintained, it seems like it's been around for a long time and is a bit damp. There is a bathtub but it's outside, like on the balcony, so it's dusty, dirty, and the blinds are not proper, so people can see when we take a shower. But the service is okay, the food is also okay, the staff are good and friendly. Maybe it needs to be renovated, to match the price.. a bit too expensive for the room that you'd get.

This is my second time staying here. Actually, the first time I was here, it was nice and the room was big + the price was quite affordable 😍 The downside when I stayed yesterday was that there was no doormat. They said the supply was limited. There should have been a doormat according to the number of rooms, right? So the floor of the room was a bit rough and muddy because there was no doormat

Overall, I liked this hotel. The only odd thing about room 516 was that the bed kept vibrating, repeatedly, making it difficult to sleep. The refrigerator wasn't cold either, and there was once no soap in the bathroom. Luckily, the staff immediately brought it to me when I called. But for the low price and the bathtub, this was a great deal.

The hotel was very comfortable. The hotel and room facilities were very complete. Overall, my stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also very strategic, close to various major tourist attractions and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent customer service. We loved everything about it.

Photo in Traveloka doesn't match with its current dilapidated condition. Blind can be seen from street below. Loose plank in balcony is a hazard. Uncomfortable pillow. Actually was planning to stay for 2 nights, check in 11.00PM and leave at 6.00AM the next morning, don't bother of you seek a quality hotel

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is perfect for pampering yourself with a bath.

Everything is really okay🤍 only 1, there are mosquitoes but yeah it's okay you can buy Baygon but I got a broken shower room but it's okay, it can be installed and the water for the toilet is leaking a little, hopefully it can be checked again

The room was quite spacious, but unfortunately, it was dirty, and the hot water was sometimes on and off, and the hotel wasn't soundproof, so you could hear footsteps. But the food was delicious, and the bathtub was nice and spacious. The swimming pool was also really nice, with a great view of the city, and the hotel grounds smelled great. It was the best. The Wi-Fi was a bit laggy, and the phone signal was also laggy, but otherwise, everything was great.
