The room was quite spacious, but unfortunately, it was dirty, and the hot water was sometimes on and off, and the hotel wasn't soundproof, so you could hear footsteps. But the food was delicious, and the bathtub was nice and spacious. The swimming pool was also really nice, with a great view of the city, and the hotel grounds smelled great. It was the best. The Wi-Fi was a bit laggy, and the phone signal was also laggy, but otherwise, everything was great.

Every time I go to Bali, I really recommend this hotel, it's great.

At first I was hesitant because there were a lot of bad reviews, but after that I really, really liked it, because the room was spacious, and the atmosphere was very suitable for families, it was just a little less clean because I'm a person who likes cleanliness, like the cleanliness was 7/10, but it's still not a problem, the point is to keep improving and recommend it for families.

The bathroom is really good, but the room is lacking, the room is dark, the position of the TV is not right.

The room was super duper comfortable, the security guard had a bad attitude, he already knew there was a customer carrying a big and heavy bag, instead of helping him, he just left him even though it happened right in front of his eyes.

The booked room was not available, even though it had been booked well in advance. Given an upgraded version with the following conditions: the shower faucet did not function properly, the hotel technician was called and the spare part was indeed problematic & the spare part was still in the process of being ordered. The bathtub was dirty, the bathroom drain was not smooth resulting in temporary puddles. No mats provided. Parking & staff were disappointing. My car was parked in an empty parking lot next to the hotel & the security asked me to leave the key with him. However, during the day when I picked up the car, the position of the car had been changed with the rear bumper hitting a rock, scratched/deeply injured. I complained nicely to the receptionist, asked to email and it would be resolved later. However, emails from 30 Jun & 5 Jul until this review was written, there was no response at all from the hotel. There is no good faith & responsibility. 20250707.

stayed 4 nights here, from the moment I entered the room I smelled a musty smell like an old empty room, the water smelled of iron, the toilet smelled of urine, the floor was dirty and when I went to bed the next morning my body felt itchy like this, I asked for the room to be cleaned but when I returned to the room at night the mattress was only tidied up, not replaced, and the floor was not swept, likewise the dirty glasses and trash in the room were still in their places, towels and mats had to be asked for every time, the taste of the food all tasted the same and was not varied, the security was not very helpful, when we came and went we were only looked at even though the hotel was on a busy highway, hufttt

Really regret having to waste money staying overnight and then checking out after 30 minutes to move to another hotel. Nice interior but musty smell, smelly sheets, poor signal, lots of mosquitoes, damp. Itchy after just lying down for 30 minutes. Only 1 unprofessional waiter. Cockroaches on the corridor floor. Just once. Please fix it.

The front office staff is not friendly, the housekeeping team is friendly and the restaurant staff is also friendly. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is very lacking, as if it is not well maintained.

This hotel is actually good, it just lacks maintenance, what I think is lacking in this hotel is. 1. The parking lot is not spacious, there should be a basement for parking. 2. The service is not friendly and unethical, only a few staff are friendly. 3. The lobby is hot, there is no air conditioning, usually hotels have air conditioning in the lobby. 4. At night the hotel is like a horror hotel because it is dim, the lights in the fish pond and swimming pool are also not on even though when they are on the vibes are really good. 5. The gym is too remote and not spacious. 6. The kitchen area at the swimming pool is no longer functioning and is left empty. 7. Many of the room floors are taped, it's better to change the type of floor than to tape it like that, reducing the aesthetics. 8. The refrigerator doesn't work, it's moldy, not cold, smells, and even worse it's located in the bathroom. 9. The room lights are lacking, only the lights near the glass provide light and even then it's dim. 10. The sink is dirty and has lots of black spots, it's better to just change the model. 11. The toilet seat is also yellowish. 12. The bathtub area is too open, only covered with a wooden sliding door so mosquitoes can get in. 13. The TV in the bathtub area doesn't work. 14. The breakfast is all tasteless and nothing is fresh. 15. There is no bedside table, only a place to put the hotel phone. 16. There are cockroaches in the room, this is the worst part of a hotel, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with cockroaches, it's really bad. 17. The grooming staff is not good, the clothes are too casual and the work is slow, not professional at all. That's all I think, the rest is okay.

Very disappointed with this hotel, got room #215 but at night got a rat.. but the staff didn't apologize.. we were offered to move rooms.. but when we moved rooms we moved ourselves without any help from the staff and it was already at night.. not only rats but there were lots of mosquitoes and rat droppings even on the bed.. sadly the next morning we asked for a late c/o until 1 am but the FO staff curtly answered that they could only check in until 1 am.. basically disappointed

Every time I go to Bali, I almost always stay at this hotel. This hotel is very easy to reach. Located in the center of Denpasar.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 of which was really good but the other one had a TV that wasn't a smart TV and the signal was also bad. For cleanliness, it could be improved because when I entered the room, the floor didn't look like it had been mopped. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold either. The bathroom was large and had a bathtub. The room was very comfortable. I will definitely come back here again.

Pertama tinggal di hotel ini utk design interior emang bagus, estetik, cakeplah kalau dipandang… kalau difoto terlihat bagus tapi utk kebersihan GAK banget!!! Dg harga 446rb per malam tp menurut saya gak memuaskan fasilitasnya! 1. Banyak kecoa di kamar mandi dinding coklat ga seberapa kelihatan kalau sekilas, tapi pas dideketin ternyata kecoa.. mandipun jd gak nyaman! 2. Air panas juga gak panas… suam2 kuku aja buat sya kurang pas, ditambah lagi air mandi yg BAU! 3. WC kotor banget kuning2… terkesan jorok banget gak dibersihkan!! 4.lantai nuansa kayu bagus estetik, tapi kotor banget di telapak kaki jadi hitam Berarti lantainya gak di pel bersih. 5. Bnyk peraturan denda tp kebersihan hotel gak diperhatikan! 6. Dinding hotel jg kotor! 7. Ketel air listrik berkarat, bau dan kotor banget.. mau pakai jadi gaberani Minta ganti ke receptionist bilangnya ga ada - ga ada. Hotel itu perlu kebersihan agar yg tinggal nyaman.
