I got a mezzanine room. The upstairs room was high and eerie, and there was no TV. There was a TV in the downstairs room. This room looked like it had never been occupied or rented.

The location is very strategic, the hotel is nice and big, but the room is a bit lacking. The bathroom is like in a box, it's really small 😭 but it's still okay. The window can't be opened so you can't see anything. The breakfast is not very varied. The plus point of this hotel is that it's close to the city center so you don't have to spend time exploring the city.

It just so happened that the AC in the room I was staying in was leaking, so that disrupted my activities, otherwise everything was fine.

The bedsheets had many yellow spots, as if they hadn't been changed when the previous guest checked out. The bathroom water was sometimes yellow. There was a hairdryer that died, but fortunately it was replaced. There is a phone to call customer service, but there is no cable connection. Please clean the room when guests check out and thoroughly check the left side of the bed, there are many dead cockroaches. The TV remote doesn't work.

Overall good, only if you get a room at the back it's a bit difficult to get a signal. The wifi isn't even that bad, it's a bit difficult

The hotel is very close to Kartika Sari and Alfamart. For culinary options, just across the street are Cuanki and Panjo toast. It's a short walk to Paskal 23. The restrooms are a bit uncomfortable, though.

The room was dirty, the floor sticky. The bottom of the bed looked like it had never been touched. It looked like it needed rejuvenation, and the water was yellow. It's a shame, considering the location is great.

The experience here doesn't justify the price. You'd be better off finding a nice guesthouse. The rooms are shabby, the Wi-Fi is slow, and there are no towels. The service is terrible. Never choose this hotel.
