The hotel is conveniently located. However, there were a few issues: the hot water didn't work—after confirming and reading other reviews, it turns out this is a fairly common problem. The bathroom felt damp, and the room was infested with cockroaches. I requested a room change, but was told the hotel was full, so they only provided assistance with cockroach repellent spray. The hotel suggested contacting the front desk if there were any issues, but the phone in the room didn't work and upon checking, it was indeed broken. After the spraying, even more cockroaches came out.
