The hotel staff were all very friendly. I was able to upgrade my room at no extra cost because I was on vacation with my family. The swimming pool was also great for kids. I'll be taking my kids there next time.

The service was excellent, everyone was friendly. There was an additional charge for upgrading to a family room because we had a child, even though it should have been free.

It's always busy, and there are plenty of options for exchanging money, some open 24 hours. We didn't hesitate to stay longer, instead we extended our stay.

This is my second stay at Hotel P Jayakarta. Despite being a relatively old hotel, it maintains its exceptional quality and service. Everyone, from the security staff to the receptionist, is friendly.

The room is spacious, but because it's an old hotel, many of the appliances are broken. The sink could also use some repairs.

Affordable price for a 4-star hotel, the staff is friendly. Only the facilities need to be improved because the first room that was given hot water in the bathroom did not work, then moved to the second room the hot water could be used at night but not in the morning. The AC was not cold enough, the trash can in the room was broken, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. For rooms with bathtubs, it is quite complicated if you want to rinse your body after soaking in the bathtub you have to get into the bathtub first because the shower is above the bathtub. For the food overall it was good but the chicken was undercooked. For the perfume in the lobby, it should be changed to be fresher like tea scent, etc. For the water heater, there was some water left in it when you wanted to use it, so you didn't use it. There was only 1 toothbrush so you ended up asking the staff. The staff were friendly but very slow to respond.

The staff is very helpful, very comfortable for sleeping, includes a bathtub, crowded with foreigners wkwkwkwk. The building is very old but the aura is still very comfortable, the energy in the room, usually I am the type of person who can't stay in a hotel room alone, but here it's very quiet even with the lights off, the energy is good. The only minus is the telephone and hair dryer are old so they often break down huftttt, then the WA service listed on Google and on IG is hard to contact, and slow to respond via WA, it's a shame, if you stay here the WA isn't that slow to respond, that's what I experienced. Worth it ♥️🙏🏼 sweet and bitter memories with Moroco hahahah. Thanks for everything Jayakarta 🫂🤎

The view from the 19th-floor room is great, there's a bathtub so you can take a bath, and the pool is spacious and nice. I'd like to stay here again.

The female hotel staff were friendly, but many of the facilities were lacking. The room smelled of paint, the tap water was problematic, towels were not provided at the pool, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the food was lacking in variety and bland. Further improvements could be made in the future.
