The walls in the room and bathroom were dirty, the hotel door lacked a double lock, and the lighting was poor. On the first day of our stay, the hot water faucet wouldn't turn off. A call to reception didn't go through for 10 minutes. The second call, the person who answered, said, "Still can't turn it off?" If we could turn it off, why would we call? The hot water shower faucet was a problem. Please retrain the staff!
We asked for tea for breakfast, but it was served, but it tasted like coffee; there was no tea flavor!
One plus point is that there's a jogging track at the back of the hotel that leads to Bali!
Please renovate the hotel rooms.
