I had a fantastic stay at Impiana KLCC. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city with easy walking access to both KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. I was also very impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the delicious food served at the hotel. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience. I definitely hope to stay here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur!

Improve the cleaning of the room area, especially for the bath and bedroom. For less variety, the food at restaurants is also a little bit high for the price.

Nice mid-range hotel in KL, close to KLCC and other central areas.

Everything went well. Great choice as it is located in between KLCC & Pavilion BB - walking distance around 10 minutes by using the linkages bridge. Breakfast was ok with variety of foods.

This Hotel is a bit Old.. The room is big but the interior is a bit old.. the location is good and it has a connecting bridge so we can go to pavilion and suria KLCC by foot.. The Staff is very friendly and helpul.. and the Breakfast is great.. the Club is a bit old but with Very Good Food..

The hotel is close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang, the pedestrian bridge connecting to the hotel is very helpful for access during your stay, the rooms are very comfortable, clean with a large size and a good view, the food is very varied and delicious.

This is the 4th time I've stayed here, it was a very enjoyable holiday with my family, the location is very strategic, you can walk to the twin towers and Bukit Bintang, the breakfast menu is varied, if I go to KL I will definitely stay here again

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.

Location is near to KL Convention center, quite a distance to reach LRT and MRT Station. However, it connected to the overhead bridge which make it easy to reach Pavilion area. Hotel needs renovation. Some of the staff quite friendly.

The hotel is clean and very close to the central business district, including direct access via bridge to Suria (Petronas Towers). The food is comprehensive and delicious, and the rooms are clean.

Club lounge spread and buffet spread were good

Good. There's only one employee at the restaurant who doesn't like being asked to get warm water.
