The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

At first glance, it's not okay... the only thing that's a bit disappointing is that check-in was only allowed at 3:15 PM... the room wasn't ready yet and was still being cleaned. It was also tiring to keep asking. The fastest way to check out was by phone. The inside of the bedcover didn't look clean, it was still dirty. I don't know if it wasn't replaced or wasn't washed properly, and the towels were too. The bathroom looked a little moldy near the shower. The water wasn't hot from when I checked in until I checked out. It should be fixed again, how can a hotel like NOVOTEL be like that.

We stayed here from December 27 to December 30 and booked two rooms. This hotel is our regular place to stay. We always love the strategic location, the helpful and very friendly staff, and how easy it is to get a Blue Bird taxi. The check-in and check-out processes were quick, and we got connecting rooms just as requested. The only downside was that we were on the 6th floor, which is supposed to be a smoking floor, so the room didn’t have carpet (we usually stay on the 7th, 8th, or 9th floor). However, the room was still spacious and clean, with a nice street view. We really like how roomy, clean, and comfortable the rooms are. Our favorite part is definitely the large swimming pool. Breakfast had many choices and tasted great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We also ordered fried rice with beef ribs, which was delicious, and the service was fast. Every time we visit Jakarta, we always stay at this hotel. It truly feels like our second home in Jakarta. Thank you, Novotel Mangga Dua 🤗 See you again in June ❤️
